The lodge was incredibly clean and had great amenities, the staff were quick to help us fix our problems when we had trouble getting into our rom via the code.

My bed wasn't always made. That probably was the only negative.oh the roads around the Blue Jay Inn has a lot of pot holes. The roads need work.

Great Location everyone was very ice. Good places to eat near by. Great location to the Lake. Great time to be at Tahoe not crowded any where except IHop.

Good If they can invest in improving the external facilities in the future! Like stairs repair and parking flooring improvement.

Price is reasonable. Rooms were clean and prepared. Location is strategic, near restaurants and shops!

The blue Jay lodge is a 12/10. It is so clean, newly renovated. I need their designer for my own house! It is a 4 minute walk from the gondola AND the free bus that takes you to the other gondola as well. However, the Nevada side is better skiing. You are next to beautiful resorts / lodges and the town. There are a load of activities and restaurants/pubs 2 minute walk and also 2 min walk from casinos if you like that. There is a super good taco place the next building over. The couple running blue Jay were so kind and helpful. They kept everything clean, carried our luggage up and had great recommendations. The lock system is great- no key. They give you a code and it also locks automatically in case you forgot to lock it. Very safe and nice location. I can’t wait to come back. I’ll come with family, friends or solo as I did last time.

The property was clean and the room was well stocked with towels and pillows. I loved that they sent us our room number and code to get in. Using a code is so much more convenient than a key. We were within walking distance to the casinos and shopping. Which we loved.

Could use some chairs in an area for smokers. Need better chairs in some of the rooms.

Staff was great. Property has been remodeled. Clean, and linens were nice. Dog friendly.

Kind of motel vibes. I should have done more due diligence in looking into the site. If this was just me I wouldn't have been as disappointed but, I came with my family. Just look at the pictures and use your own discernment. I looked at the price tag so I got what I paid for. Other than that it really wasn't bad.

This is a great and cheap option if you're traveling single group of friends, alone, or have a strict budget. I appreciate the e-concierge service. I was able to go straight into the room and get settled immediately. Even provided codes to get supplies. A great self service type of option when you texted what you needed. The staff that was on site was exceptional and helped with whatever we needed as well.

Clean friendly comfortable stay close to all the casinos walking distance.

We celebrated our anniversary. We went out to dinner came back to our room. They left us a bottle of champagne with a happy anniversary note. That was a very nice gesture.

I honestly have nothing to complain about other than the mirror being too high. I'm just very short. A full length mirror would have been perfect!

Clean and comfy. Loved the updated decor. The spa tub was amazing. Conveniently located to everything in the Village.

I wish the walls were a bit thicker as I could hear upstairs neighbors a bit or I were scared of making too much noise talking.

Great location as it was walking distance to multiple shops and food locations. Cute interior and design style for the rooms making them stylish. Never seen before door lock that automatically locks for you if it has been a couple of minutes which thought was great. Quiet area with some foot traffic.

Thin walls but they do provide ear plugs as a bonus. It was not bad but I can imagine it being a problem with loud neighbors.

Close to downtown and restaurants. Check in was done through phone and we did not have to wait in line to get into our room. It was clean and nice. Pet friendly so that was nice.

I wish we would’ve gotten a room with the “nicer” bathtub (like on the picture), but it was a small shower/bathtub in the bathroom. Which was still ok, since we stayed only for one night.

Thanks for the great stay! Location is close to the village and all the shops, spacious room, heater was working, big walk in closet, very nice king sized bed.
