The location is great, right next to the beach. The pool area is good with plenty of seating. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone thinking of staying in this area. Lots of good eats in walking distance.

The beds - the mattress not good in either room. Stayed for 7 nights. First room no 10 while sea view not good day light, as massive plant growing over window and blocking light. I was cold and room was noisy as single glazing (bin collection early am traffic) Moved us to ground floor proper kitchenette, quieter and heating worked. Better for longer stays. Change the mattresses! A little more knives for food preparation, cork screw. Great place for young families. But can be rather noisy around pool area if you want some peace and quiet. This did not bother us at all.

Location, close to beach and Santa Barbara. Heated outdoor pool, small but clean. Jonny on reception very helpful. Always plenty of towels. The rooms and the communal space including pool area very clean. The showers in the bed rooms worked excellently.

Breakfast was very meager. Better muffins, perhaps pastries, perhaps juices.. could open the lobby earlier in the morning.

No kettle or coffee maker in the room - although provided by the reception area, I wanted that function in my room. Good to have microwave and fridge but no utensils or crockery to use

Unfortunately it was noisy. Kids next door. Love kids and they have as much right to be there as any other customers, but the early morning voices carried right into my room.

We couldn’t find any food shops nearby on foot

There is a lot of noise. At night you could hear every car and train as if the windows were open. There is no safe in the room. I still think that the price is high for what it offered.

The location is perfect. I chose a room with a sea view and the view was wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the room was quite clean.

By mistake, we turned right outside the hotel (instead of going down to the ocean and turning right). Didn’t feel like the nicest of areas.

Room a bit on a small side, quite expensive.

Right next to the east beach but a tad far from the restaurants and city centre. Nicely decorated and cute room, free parking.
