I did not like that all the lamps did not have functioning light bulbs and that the drawstrings on all the blinds were broken except the living room. We contacted the property management (Vacasa) and they did not arrive until the last full day. One of the rooms had blinds that did not pull all the way down. We had to put a blanket over the window for privacy as the condo next door’s window was directly across. Eventually when they came, they had to forcefully pull them down. The parking passes were also not visible and weren’t found until the second day of our stay in a closet on top of the water heater. As mentioned above the management didn’t come until the second to last day and the parking is very strict regarding passes. I would suggest placing the parking passes in a visible location.

The property was great and furnishing lovely. It felt very safe with gates surrounding facilites and codes for all entryways. The spa were very nice as well.

II would only recommend 2 things. 1. It is urgent that the king mattress be changed. It is not comfortable at all and is in poor condition. 2. A little more floor cleaning is needed and the carpet that is stained.

The only thing we had an issue with was the master bathroom shower. It leaked every time we took a shower & had to put lots of towels down at the door.

Not enough parking for handicap. We were told to park our trailer next door at Alvin's Island. We were informed that they no longer allowed parking in their lot. Which was very inconvenient for us due to my husband's handicap supplies.

We had to call customer service because the code we were sent didn't work. We kept getting roaches in the bathrooms. We also didn't receive a parking pass and security was banging on our door really early in the morning waking up the whole family.

It was very spacious. I love how close the beach was.

We did have to kill 5 cockroaches during our stay. There was also a smell in the kitchen that we think was coming out of the disposal that smelled like a dead mouse. Covered up the disposal and didn’t notice the smell anymore. Other than that it was great.

The condo was as close to the beach as you can be without being on the beach. Beach access was directly across the road from the condo. After walking through the gate to leave the property you can be on the beach in 2 minutes.

The parking. there was only 1 car allowed to stay in the parking lot even though we booked the trip for 9 people. I tried to get someone to help me on the 24 hour customer service line because there was no one working at the facility the whole time we were there but I never received a call back.

I didn't like that the family could not watch TV in the living room because the picture quality was terrible and it was not connected to cable. I also didn't like that they do not provide any phone numbers to be able to contact someone to correct that issue.also didn't like that tho the apartment was fully stocked with dishes silverware and pots and pans it had absolutely no cooking utensils like large servings spoons

I love that we only had to walk across the street to get to the ocean. The condo was clean and spacious
