We booked side sea view high floor and enjoyed both ocean and Miami city view which was amazing, especially in sunset. Apartment is quite new and modern, nicely decorated and comfortable. Some nice welcome snacks were provided. We didn’t use kitchen, but new dishwasher gel for both washing by hands and washing machine were provided. Good quality bath supplies were available as well. There are 2 sweeping pools and direct access to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

Furniture was a little worn, sofa bed extremely uncomfortable, just some minor touch up/detail things that would make it a 10. I understand the reason for the wristbands but they are really annoying. The pink bar soap needs to go. It was messy.

The bed is not comfortable. The sofa bed is even worse with a bar between your shoulders. Washer and dryer need repaired. Fifth floor patio furniture needs replaced. Building looks a little weather worn and needs refreshed

The bed very uncomfortable and was not clean when we arrived! However, the staff responded quickly and fixed the situation. We did notice fixtures were broken and needing replacing along the apartment, but nothing major.

I wasn’t comfortable on the furniture comfortable, especially the sofa. I got there late, because I made the mistake of thinking I was booking Saturday to Sunday and I booked Friday to Saturday, when I asked front desk, if I could stay a little longer they told me no. I thought it wasn’t worth it, because I had gone there at 7:30pm and had to be out by 11am. I enjoyed the day outside, but I didn’t have a room on Saturday. basically you sent the money not to even be there a full day.

household appliances should be "updated" and some shelf in the bathroom would be very nice to have. Appartment very small, not a lot of place for everything plus all the appliances were very very old. Also not sure why You need people for taking cars into garage? That was anoying and took time

Couches in the living room we're somewhat dirty and uncomfortable. One of the kitchen sinks on the left side was clogged , and I had to use the plunger to unclog the sink.

Seaview and location distance to the beach were excellent. Balcony view was amazing.

The staff during check in could be more friendly. I had the feeling, as my english is not very good, that I'm not welcome. She spoke very fast, I had to ask to repeat a lot and she seemed annoyed, but didn't slow down. You have to wear armband from the hotel. I don't see a reason for that, as there is nothing else than a pool where nobody has access to (just customers from hotel). So for what is the armband?

Very nice appartments. We had a big one in 16th floor with ocean view. Fantastic! Nothing missing in kitchen or appartment, they even have own washing machines.

I do not like the fact that you guys require for us to write down our credit card information on a form, when the information is provided when the payment was made. That is to personal and violation of rights I do not care about your policy. I will never stay there again and NEVER recommend anyone. Thank you it was a beautiful place.

Absolutely no one to talk to, they are all robots. The reception is not really a reception as they are not involved in the rental. For any issues or requests you must call the provided telephone number which is picked up by an answering service who transfers you to an answering machine to leave a message, no one ever calls back. So every thing must be done by email, which they also don’t reply to promptly and the answers are preset texts. Upon arrival, I had to manually fill out several pages repeating all my information including the credit card number. They took copies, then send an email asking to upload copies of the ID and credit card. Very unprofessional and should not be done in the year 2021. While the building and room were good, the experience was horrible.
