One bed was broken but it was repaired quickly after we contacted the agency. No beach towels available. Toiletries weren’t really included. Neighbors smoked weed right next door, the smell got inside the apartment. Both elevators had their operating certificates expired and one constantly was out of order.

Location was great, lots to do, shop and eat around, even in walking distance. View was amazing! Very nicely decorated. It offered us the space we needed as a family of 5. Good equipped kitchen.

The lock on my door hadn't been programmed and some of the remotes to the TV didn't work

When we arrived, all of the balcony furniture was in the middle of the living room. I understood that there would be ongoing construction from Hurricane Sally, but I felt like when I received the text noting that we could even check in early things should've been checked on to ensure the apartment was truly ready. The door on the closet, where the washer and dryer were located, was off the hinges. The bunk bed ladder needed some repair. Two men came and moved the furniture back to the balcony. We asked them to come back and fix the door on the closet and the ladder on the bunk bed. They said they would, but they didn't come back.

The apartment was very nice and looked just as the pictures portrayed. It was right on the beach and the convenience of it was just what we were looking for on this trip. The wrap-around balcony was amazing!! The view of the beach and the view of the Ferris wheel at The Wharf was awesome, especially at night!

Unit needs upkeep. Master toilet needs tank stopper. 2nd bath shower dripped. Entry door lock was loose. Door stopper loose. Entry door area dirty on outside. Sliding door difficult to move/operate.

condo was dirty, entry was nasty. the dishes we had to wash before use. the interior was old and dingy (except the couch). the pots and pans were old and handles were falling off. the mb shower howled the whole time it ran. the washer makes a terrible noise. the handle on the sliding door is dangerous. the shower in the bath dripped. there are no doors on the laundry room making it very loud. mb sliding door - you have to lift it to open it and it doesn’t lock. bathtubs are very tall, my mother had a hard time getting in, no grab handles.

Door lock batteries failed; could not get into room. Had to wait approx 20 minutes for Vacasa mainenance to arrive. His key did not work on lock; had to wait another 30 minutes or so for locksmith to arrive. No access to room for approx 2 hours. Both Vacasa maintenance and locksmith were very nice during the whole incident.
