You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe table was undersized for the group of people we stayed with so we had to get creative with the desks from the rooms and there were only a couple chairs in the unit. The tv stand was a bit low in the room which is prefect if you sit on the futon, but from most other angles in the room, it is hard to see.
The space in the rooms and the full baths were all great. The cleanliness was also great to see. The added kitchen area made prepping and making food a breeze. The beds were also comfortable to sleep on.

BrazilFor a short stay like ours - 2 nights - there was a lot of nuisance for a very little gain. There is a pre check-in followed by a check-in with a lot of irrelevant questions. All of this before even getting to the property. And with an automated answering system disconnected to what happened. I answered all the questions. Received a confirmation e-mail. And yet, the automated system kept stating that the information was incomplete. Furthermore, the units are located inside a hotel. The front desk is supposed to give me the key. I arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled time and they didn't have any information. Not even to tell me that everything was ok and I should wait a little. I was in the dark when they finally got the information and were able to provide me the keys to the room.
I would recommend this property for a longer stay. Like 2 weeks. The room is spacious and well furnished. The location is ok.

United States of AmericaTHE FURNITURE WAS SUBPAR. THE DECOR DID NOT MATCH. IT LOOKED LIKE THRIFT STORE FURNITURE THROW IN THERE. THE TV DID NOT WORK. I BELIEVED ITHE REMOTE NEEDED NEW BATTERIES, AND IT WAS ONLY ONE TV IN THE APARTMENT. NOT GOOD EVEN FOR MY GROUP OF THREE.
THE SIZE OF THE ROOMS WERE GREAT. MORE THAN ENOUGH ROOM FOR EVERYONE TO HAVE SPACE.

I liked that the rooms were nice,clean,and very comfy. The staff were excellent. I like the format of the condo. My kids were amazed with the space in the rooms. I loved the fact that i was able to watch Netflix,amazon..etc
