I didn't like that when we checked in the girl was very rude to me I didn't like that when I called down to get the Wi-Fi password she was very rude to me and told me she already gave it to me in paperwork which she did not give me that paperwork I did not like that there was no working ice machine anywhere on the facility except for inside near the food court I didn't like that there was no doing the shower on the ground that there was no doodle on the lamp shades inside our bedroom I didn't like that the beds you could feel the springs because they're very cheap mattresses I didn't like that there were no blankets in the room just a very thin comforter cover I didn't like That all the air conditioner units seem to be leaking on the outside so when you walked around everything got wet That all the air conditioner units seem to be leaking on the outside so when you walked around everything got wet I didn't like that 1 of the pools was closed and the other one that wasn't close was so cloudy and gross I couldn't want to go gonna throw it in there but we ended app going down the beach a little bit to use another pool

The only thing I really like about the facility is that it was right on the beach and right near pineapple Willie's so the location was great

Room was a little shabby and the floor was dirty The light switches were not good. The charging socket did not work on the USB connectors if you wanted Ice you had to walk the 400 yards back to reception I thought it was a little expensive for what it was

The bed was so uncomfortable it was hard to get a good nights sleep! And the balcony view from our room was not there! It had huge trees that blocked the view. I suggest it you want the private balcony with a view you should request the 4th floor above the trees!

We didn't have a phone to contact the front desk or other offered services from our room. They sent someone to install a phone but the phone jack had been removed. So, the tech left and we were left without a phone our entire stay. A few wall outlets didn't work. The kitchenette wasn't exactly "dirty" but it left a lot to be desired. We came back to our room one day and the door was left open...it was closed but not closed enough to lock it. One of the ceiling panels was left open, I could only assume they came back to work on the phone line. We had no explanation or apologies for any of that. Overall, I didn't feel like we got our money's worth for the room. The only positive was the view. The staff wasn't very friendly.

They didn't stock our rooms with clean towels each day. We had to call or go get them ourselves each day. We ended up running out of toilet paper because they didn't restock that either. They also don't have a Broom in the rooms. If you are in a room that is literally in front of a beach YOU NEED A BROOM.

First room we booked for ocean view all you could see was the palm trees. We moved to another room, same thing. So after we wondered around we picked a room in another building and up another floor. Finally after 2 hours we got into our room.

Called upon reservation ask about pet fees informed them that we had 3 small dogs. We're told $20 per pet per night which is very reasonable. Upon arrival we were informed that there is a 2 pet max and our reservation would be canceled. Luckily we had family at another hotel that was able to keep our other pup. If that weren't the case we would have been in real trouble especially with their cancelation policy we would have lost the payment we had already made. But the woman behind the counter was very rude and threaten to have us removed if they found out we had the 3rd pet in the room. The shower felt like you were going to fall through the bottom. The mattresses are past do for replacement and uncomfortable.
