One ice machine, beds were terrible, TV reception was terrible ..charged almost 100 bucks to check in early

The bathrooms were small. The beds are low to the ground and very cheap. But it worked for a weekend stay.

The location was good. There was breakfast downstairs but you had to purchase it but it was convenient so that you could get straight out to the beach.

This hotel was lacking a lot on cleanliness, our door was super heavy and would not close very easily. Bathroom was disgusting just needed a good deep cleaning.

Hard beds, dirty floors nit swept. To many high voltage appliances plugged into power strips resulting in. Microwave, air conditioner and tv blowing and going out. The unconcern and rude childless manner in which the manager speaks to gyest about complaints about the rooms. Badly in need of updates. Tubs , power outlets , water pressure. With all the high voltage things just plugged in power syrips instead of wall outlets surprised they haven’t already had a bad fire. False advertisement. One pool closed , no hot tub. No live music or tiki bar outside. I hooked through a third party is why we were treated like we were because they just kept saying that’s why they couldnt comp us anything.. Bull I have always booked thru 3 parties for better rates and never been treated like this. Never stay here again. The Condos next door are much nicer will boom there next time.

Close to beach , the one pool that was open was really nice and clean. Very quite place to stay. 24 hour security .

First we did not like being sent to Time Share desk as the front desk clerk stated “ To complete your check-in” It was late and we were tired didn’t want to hear about a timeshare

Having items stolen from our room. Hard beds. Issues with getting towels. Had to get our own from the main lobby and then one of the staff got an attitude like we were stealing them but they sat in a bag outside our room for days.

I didn't like that when we checked in the girl was very rude to me I didn't like that when I called down to get the Wi-Fi password she was very rude to me and told me she already gave it to me in paperwork which she did not give me that paperwork I did not like that there was no working ice machine anywhere on the facility except for inside near the food court I didn't like that there was no doing the shower on the ground that there was no doodle on the lamp shades inside our bedroom I didn't like that the beds you could feel the springs because they're very cheap mattresses I didn't like that there were no blankets in the room just a very thin comforter cover I didn't like That all the air conditioner units seem to be leaking on the outside so when you walked around everything got wet That all the air conditioner units seem to be leaking on the outside so when you walked around everything got wet I didn't like that 1 of the pools was closed and the other one that wasn't close was so cloudy and gross I couldn't want to go gonna throw it in there but we ended app going down the beach a little bit to use another pool

The only thing I really like about the facility is that it was right on the beach and right near pineapple Willie's so the location was great

Room was a little shabby and the floor was dirty The light switches were not good. The charging socket did not work on the USB connectors if you wanted Ice you had to walk the 400 yards back to reception I thought it was a little expensive for what it was

The bed was so uncomfortable it was hard to get a good nights sleep! And the balcony view from our room was not there! It had huge trees that blocked the view. I suggest it you want the private balcony with a view you should request the 4th floor above the trees!
