To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Husband opened room door in the kitchen there was a roach running around on the stove. When it was time to cook the bowls were dirty. They have a indoor pool but they used to to much çhlorine in the indoor pool.

May be by SC standard it is.Having pools does not make a resort.Furniture, door, kitchen, leaking fausits alivator doors and floor # not showing have coffe maker but no coffee pillows crappy and you should be ashamed of it calling a RESORT. On top of that 18 dollars per night and then holding 100 dollars deposit. Why you people not inspect property when guest leave. But you have 100 dollar hostage for what. In the room there is NOT a single thing worth 100 dollars. A dump called RESORT what a shame. High builging does not make it a RESOR. Check out the word " RESORT" in the dictionary

Curtains were torn and dirty, trash under the bed, bed was half made up, you have to flush the toilet a lot of time because it's too slow. The ice machine dose not have a ice scooper no plastic bag to go into your ice bucket . No extra trash bags.

The location was good and easy to get to where I had to get to. From what I good see the pools looked good.
