We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIt is a unique place and looks like it is a converted office building rather than a hotel. The room was very clean but smelled very strong of cleaner and we had to open the door for a bi to air it out. The decor is in great shape but it is dated and feels very 90’s.
The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

United States of AmericaThe only negative thing is the noise everything echoes in the courtyard area including voiced, the ice machine , cleaning carts, luggage etc. It would not keep me from returning, I would just bring ear plugs or a sound machine
No breakfast on site. If looking for a place to stay in Boca Grande it was great. If looking for a place on the beach it is not on the beach. But close to everything on the island. L loved my room!

Location on Boca Grande Island was good. The 6 $ toll we had not expected, but it is what it is, nothing the Hotel is responsible for. Rooms were good and their size was more than expected. You get Beach towels and chairs free of charge. Great offer in our view. The beaches are very clean and not crowded, but as they are State parks, there is a small fee. But absolutely reasonable. the ocean water is awesome and there are so many shells. Really great.

United States of AmericaRoom 102: The doors on the TV cabinet prevented you from using one of the chairs at the table. The only way to watch TV was in bed. No lamp on the table. you had to use the room lights to do anything at the table. No improvements to recharge phones/tablets (USB ports). Weak WiFi. Signal could not support Zoom meeting. No towel racks in bathroom. No place to hand damp towels after shower. Bathroom vent fan weak. Information on local restaurants and store hours was not correct or updated. Parking lot had tree debris and commercial vehicles in guest parking. No walking paths to anywhere. Signage had double hotel names for check-in for another property location. Front desk is not 24 hours. $6 Toll access to go to the island each time. There is NO restaurant near the hotel. Only food is at a convenience store in the same parking lot that closes at 5P. The only grocery store, Publix, is off the island on the mainland (Placida).
Room 102: The room and decor, furniture and wallpaper, were very attractive. The pool was clean.
