Housekeeping is slow. Room wasn't cleaned until 4pm despite asking them to come when we left at 9:30am. Also, beach access is VERY misleading. There is a public beach 5-7 minute walk away. The hotel can provide you with a beach folding chair, umbrella and towels and you carry them yourself to the public beach. There is no deck chairs, umbrellas, etc already on the beach so be prepared to schlepp. The hotel is actually across the road (and bridge) from the beach. The pool is very small, just so you are aware. The water views from the room are either the "lake" on one side or the ocean - but with bridge and other buildings in between. So its not a clear ocean view.

Rooms are spacious and restaurants are nice. If you book with breakfast included - be aware its just a $15 credit per person to the bill. There really isn't any meal item on the menu that was less than $16 unless you go a la carte. So it does not cover breakfast. For example, eggs were like $18 plus coffee plus juice - so you'd be paying $26-$28 for one person minus $15 credit. The swimming pool is nicely heated and comfortable.

it was not clean like it should be. even though I did request that my room to be cleaned daily, on the first date they completely forgot and when I questioned, the staff hand me the sheets to be changed. the hallways was not cleaned and it does need a facelift

Zero hygiene. Rooms are very very dirty. Carpets full of dust and dirt. Dust everywhere from tv console stand to lamps. No room cleaning at all just changing bed sheet from time to time and towels. We had next door a couple with a huge German shepherd dog staying in the room I can’t imagine the hygiene for the next customer staying in the room. İnternet is very poor in the rooms.

very noisy, we had a water view thinking it would be peaceful however it was very noisy, there was a draw bridge right across from our room and very annoying every 30 minutes to an hour with its alarms sounding off every time it was going up. there was also a substantial amount of traffic noise as well. not peaceful at all. Also beds were not very comfortable. Overpriced and Not worth the price in my opinion

Boca Plaza hotel is a dump. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the Waterstone Resort and Marina was.

The hotel was very clean and professionally run unlike my first choice at the Boca Plaza. I booked a 3-day stay on booking.com, and was told to notify Boca Plaza for a refund and was only refunded $70.00. They are a rip-off.

There were black bugs crawling around in the bed, it was absolutely disgusting. We woke up in the middle of the night with bumps on ours legs from bites. Horrible.

Valet guys didn’t say hello when I arrived or goodbye when I left except for an older gentleman that was so friendly. Hairdryer wasn’t in an obvious location since I never shut the bathroom door.

The food at the restaurant was fantastic!! Really enjoyed the restaurant. Best Acacado toast I’ve ever had and the Shrimp salad was amazing. It was nice to get real coffee from the lobby in the morning to take up to the room even though there was a coffee maker in room. I like real milk and relaxing.

My room was not clean, dirt (i hope) on bathroom walls, shower corners grimy, bathroom floor hairy, picture behind bed brown dust all around it and housekeeping came in poked around but didn't throw out the overflow garbage or restock the coffee. check-in staff not enthusiastic or patient

My stay was not up to standards for Hilton. Hair on bed, clogged sink and a team that did not address the problems in a timely manner. I was very disappointed (especially at this price point).
