You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaBoth beds were not good. One was so soft in the middle meaning that both of us fell into a valley. The other was the opposite - I felt that I was going to fall out of the bed due to the 'ridge' in the middle.
We liked the fact that there were several chairs & a work surface. Also that the restaurant was on the property since we were too tired to go anywhere. The a/c was quiet.

The staff was super nice, and check-in was easy. Period. The insides of the rooms are very nice, and you can tell they have been working on the outside of the building, and it’s starting to really come together.

It was the #1 reason I went there, but in 20 days staying there, I only got in it once. Hated this situation!!!

United States of AmericaAdditionally, I have a Service Dog that does a medical alert for me. Before this stay, that had not been an issue. However, this time there was a Staff Member that was down-right rude to me regarding my disability and my service dog. She has a Hispanic woman, in her 50's, and she RUDELY stopped me and questioned me. I don't mind the questioning; it was the rude method in which she did it, and the disapproving and contemptuous looks, along with WHIPPING out her cellphone after I answered her question as to what room I was in, and texting someone with disgust regarding the situation! She was mean and made me feel VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. What a shame, as I had enjoyed the facility, previously, and hoped to again in the future. That is now uncertain. Please inform this woman of U.S. Federal Laws on Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the use of service dogs. She is currently a Liability to your facility!
This was my 3rd time staying at this location. I live locally and have a very small house (805'), so when I entertain out-of-town friends, I have found this location to be very convenient, and very nice for the value. BUT, WAIT, THERE'S MORE ...
