We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Puerto RicoBooking.com charge us $35 per day per room on including the breakfast for two people. Breakfast wasn’t included. They only give us a $10 refund per day. We literally lost $25 dollars per day in our stay, so sad. They told us that this happens when you book with a third party and that the breakfast isn’t included ☹️

It was an overall nice stay for one night, but not quite as relaxing of a stay cation as we had planned on.

Staff were very pleasant. We ate dinner at the bar, food was surprisingly good. Bartender was friendly and attentive. The shower in the bathroom was wonderful; hot water, high pressure flow.

CyprusTV was not working properly our whole stay there (6 nights) (we asked for it to be fixed but the solution was unplugging it). housekeeping only came once and did not change the sheets (even though we were out most of the time and we did not have a do not disturb on). to be fair we didn’t ask for them to come but we kept expecting that they would.
Overall a good comfortable hotel with good facilities: Comfy bed, good toiletries (appreciated that), good hair dryer (don’t find these in a lot of places), nice indoor pool, good gym, good food prepared by Maria and another kind guy, kind staff and very close to malls (with cinema) and bus stops. They don’t include kits like sewing or ear buds but when I needed a safety pin and asked for one they provided for a sewing kit which I also appreciated. If you have breakfast included it comes in the form of vouchers of €$10 per person per night. What is not written in the breakfast prices is that they are not including tax. Downtown Chicago accessible via express bus ride or short bus ride and train from nearby village of downers grove- ask for the schedule at reception. tickets are just a few dollars- Uber or Lyft to the city will cost a bit more but will be faster. we didn’t sit at the bar to enjoy the music but they had live music at night which was nice.

United States of AmericaThe PMS was down so the staff was doing manual checkin which included copying everyone's ID and Credit Card but the worst part was that the pile of photocopies for everyone who had checked in was sitting on the counter face up so anyone walking by could see the information and/or take it!! I have video. When it was my turn I asked the agent to make sure my information was not exposed for PII and PCI compliance. He looked shocked but put my copies in a drawer although the others were still exposed. I recommend better procedures for manual operations that maintain data security.

United States of AmericaSo the first room we were given had a heaater not working on an exceptionally cold night. (they fixed this by moving us). Only complain was the new room despite being identical had a much less comforttable bed, it was just clearly older and worn.
I really liked the overall amenities and the location was fantastic. Bar, convenience store, and pool all great. The overall atmosphere was extremely friendly and they sorted out an issue with our heater efficiently
