Some rooms are in poor shape. Water damage visible on ceilings. Lighting was bad, and clearly some issue with the wiring as the lamp would go on and off periodically. Walls are thin and noise from the corridor is appreciable.

Unfortunately I had the only unstable double bunk bed (the black one) in the room. Maybe you can change it soon into a more stable grey one. With a little effort you could make the comfort in the rooms better (little shelf, little light in the beds) and the cosyness in the kitchen and balcony higher (refresh old furniture or through rotten one away). The price to stay overnight is rather high, so you could improve the value for money. Nevertheless I enjoyed my time. Thank you!

They provided a ready bed and towel. The staff were friendly, helpful and easy going. Nice quiet area around, very close to the tube and the next beach only 300 meter away.

We had to wait 1 hour to check-in. We were waiting for the staff at the living room for long time. It was quiet annoying.

The low price makes this place the only reasonable choice to find a room around Boston. And it's not even bad compared to the other hostels! It's just smaller. On the redline, so a perfect position to reach Boston, Cambridge and Somerville

Uncomfortable beds, woke up a few times in the night and felt a bit sore in the morning. Not unexpected though so its ok.

Good value for money. Staff were lovely & very helpful. Good facilities & location. Had a private room, felt safe and secure to leave our things to explore Boston. They also have lockers.

The home was older and could use some upgrades and renovations. The bedding could have been better. Plus adding some small lockers in the bedroom for personal items to be locked.

Having the ability to cook was good. I liked to co-ed common areas, the diversity.

The camper had no sink or toilet and the one in the main building was very poor as the handle for the shower fell off. The bathroom needs an upgrade soon. The room was way overpriced for what was offered.

The private space in the camper van was very quiet and okay for a one night stand. The JFK metro stop is very close to the hostel.

I rarely use my credit card. At the hostel though I paid with it and both front and back were photographed. A few days later I was victim to credit card fraud. As I live on the other side of the world and had not used my card for anything else on this trip, I am quite certain that this is related though I cannot say whether it was negligence in protecting my data or purposeful bad intention by the staff. Also, my room was not yet clean when I arrived in the early evening but this was fixed in 15 minutes so I did not mind too much.

Adequate accommodation and much cheaper than anything else in the city. Has everything that is needed at a hostel. Had great chats with other visitors.

Location isn't brilliant and it is more than I'd normally pay - but I can blame them for what they delivered, and they were the cheapest option.

Near a metro stop, decent staff (and guests), some stuff around it for a snack or small meal, nothing too bad really.
