You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe shower has no grip so it’s easy to slide and fall. That needs to be fixed before someone gets seriously injured. The restaurant uses way to much salt. The food shouldn’t strip your mouth like eating a whole bag of salt and vinegar chips.
It very so comfortable looking, who ever designed it did a fantastic job. The staff was truly great.

United States of AmericaWe were looking forward to the outdoor pool but it was closed. We did use the indoor pool a few times and enjoyed it, however, it didn't seem very clean. The water was super cloudy. There were also some guests with a young baby who wasn't wearing a swim diaper. We swam with a child ourselves, so this isn't an anti-kids comment. There should maybe be some rules and enforcement.
The room was great, overall we were surprised how big the hotel was. It was nice that there was coffee in the morning even if your room didn't come with breakfast. Staff was very friendly.

Comfortable, clean, quiet room with all-needed amenities, bathroom is good, large area parking is free, staff is very polite and quickly helps to solve any problem.

Absolutely loved my check in experience. Jeylan, the reception clerk, was absolutely amazing. The room was comfortable, tastefully furnished and good beds. The breakfast was just great.

The Front desk staff was amazing. We checked in very late after a long drive and the team was very welcoming.
