Fabulous location on the river Picture perfect 👌 A little dated but it was very cosy and had everything needed for a comfortable stay

The location was great to go into town and RMNP. It was so relaxing to sit outside next to the river after a long day of hiking. We even had an elk come up and hang out on the river one night. Room had everything we needed and felt like home. Our quick weekend getaway was able to give us the recharge we needed. Definitely plan to return!

It was a faff getting code to key entry. They are supposed to message you at 3.45 with it and because I had an international number I didn't get it and cell reception not good so I had trouble phoning them to get it. No extract over cooker so I set the smoke alarm off cooking toast. So I had to open all windows an doors to make a simple meal. Wifi very poor.

The location was nice right next to fall river. Clean and comfortable bed. Well stocked kitchen. Good parking.. Easy access to Rocky National Park.

They need to update their TVs to a bit larger and to smart TVs so people can use their steaming services. we wanted to just "stay in" over the new year weekend and the choices of channels is not good!!

Outside hot tub was out of order, and late check out request was denied despite having vacancy.

Quite, tranquil, jacuzzi tub, view to the creek and mountains, always having a parking spot by our room, friendly staff at check-in (We didn't interact with anyone else)

The floors were a little squeaky.

I liked so much! The location was lovely, with the sound of runny stream. The room was comfortable and warm. With the snow outside it was perfect. The garden bathtub was amazing and double headed shower was great too.

Tge outdoor hot tub wasnt working, but it was 30° outside, so not really a dealbreaker. Hoping it is fixed when I return next spring :)

Beautiful stunning views from the room. It was very easy to get to. Very close to tge Rocky Mountain National Park and the grocery store. Great value for the money. Apartments are spacious and private. Very comfortable.

hot tub was being fixed. also jet tub was a great gesture until it never cut off for the rest of the trip. so there was loud humming coming from the bathroom for 2 days.

the furniture in the main room was dated and the couch was a bit uncomfortable. right outside the back deck was the stream (good) but so was the busy highway (bad).

Internet does not work well (at least in cabin 10). If you need to be connected all the time you will not be relaxed. The light in the bathroom/shower is very weak, hard to see. No bed/cleaning service with the excuse of COVID which is not justifiable since the guests are outside for the whole day so there would be no contact.

the cabins were nice and comfortable, kitchen very well equipped. great bed and pillows. perfect spot for relaxing, by the river, after a day of hiking and exploring the RMNP.

Fall River road runs very close to all the resorts up and down Fall River. The speed limit is 35 so the road noise is not to bad.

The rustic cabins and lodge on the river were perfect.

Absolutely beautiful setting and facility. Our room was large and comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen, nice bathroom with jacuzzi tub, very comfortable bed and bedding. Perfect base for enjoying the national park.
