Being from NZ we are not used to all the plastic and wastage used at the breakfasts so it would be good to see some compostable solutions introduced. That being said the breakfast set us up for the day. The room and bathroom are pretty small but we made it work.

The staff were really nice and we were able to walk up to the township to get dinner. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. This hotel is perfectly functional and good for a one night stay when on a road trip.

The breakfast. The second morning they had ran out of some things. There was no butter! A basic item. Told that it was on the freezer! No jam either. Also no waffles available.

The location was perfect. Right near the historical district and not far from Hoover Dam and an hour from Valley of the Fire State Park. The room, although dated in decor, was clean and the beds were comfortable. Five stars for the staff. At checkin the young lady at the desk gave us tips on restaurants, directions, and some things we shouldn’t miss. A day later I needed ice for my knee and asked the location of the ice machines. The man at the desk got me a bag right then. Breakfast was great. We would return.

So many minor things. Rooms are gloomy and dated. Noisy aircon unit in the room. The WiFi was slow. Noise from neighbouring rooms. It was impossible to get any shampoo or gel out of the dispensers in the bathroom. The breakfast was the usual low-quality motel offering, served in a soulless room, and the coffee machine was out of order on the first morning. Constant muzak from speakers around the site. Some rowdiness at night. The staff trundling heavy cleaning carts past the window at 6am. Overall, not a great experience.

Friendly, efficient check-in. Easy parking. Coffee pod machine in the room. The lady taking care of the breakfast room was hard-working and a delight. Great little diner just across the street.

Bed wasn’t comfortable. We had room service come in the 2nd day, and nothing was replinished—toilet paper, coffee. We bought our own toilet paper.

The gym should be open 24 hours to meet all guests needs/schedules. My 20 yr old son was disappointed since within our two night stay, he attempted to use the gym 4 times and each time was after 10 by time we made it back to room to settle in. He also was upset since the hot tub was closed, and after a long 3 days of racing his mountain bike in bootleg canyon, could've benefited from the relaxing vibe of the hot tub facility. If pool area closing for winter, allow hot tub use within certain office hours, at least.

breakfast was great with awesome options and a large dining area. Liked the tiny kitchen area with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Shower had awesome pressure and full of decent amenities.

Not too many dining options in the area near the hotel. We ended up driving 30ish minutes into Las Vegas proper for dinner both nights we stayed. Hadn't realized that the hotel was more of a motel - with doors to the outside.

Check in was easy and quick. Plenty of parking.

I did not like the fact that I was not able to change the date to the following night. I accidently booked the night prior to the night we were there, and instead of allowing my money to be transferred to the following night, I had to pay in full both of the nights. The staff and facility were both nice, just unhappy about having to pay for both nights.

Paper thin walls so could easily hear people in next room talking.

Good location for Hoover Dam and staying just outside of Las Vegas at a more affordable cost on a Saturday night. Spacious comfortable room. Reasonable breakfast. Within walking distance of restaurants/ bars.

The cooling system was very loud and it was kind of dark in the room when you walked in if you didn't leave a light on in the evening.

The room was very clean and served it's purpose for the three of us. Housekeeping did a wonderful job. The location was great.
