We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe were less lucky with the room this time. Asked to change, as we were ground floor next to a bar open until 4am, but despite arriving right after check in opened, they couldn’t assist. I didn’t love the reception staff this time, a little bit of an attitude, which I heard to other guests as well, but there appeared to be a couple that wanted to help. Just not super friendly or welcoming. However Charles the bellman is amazing. So so nice, he’s a absolute gentleman and a credit to the hotel. We didn’t valet park but the guys also seemed lovely. Room was always cleaned well, but got 2 bottles of water every day, for 3 people. We came back one night and someone had smashed flowers and vases all over the floor in the lobby. We mentioned to staff, confused as to why nobody was cleaning it up, and they didn’t seem at all bothered. Possibly had just happened and they didn’t have time to react. I picked up one of the plants and it sat there in the same position (still not in a vase for the next two nights). Bit odd.
I’ve stayed before, hence why I picked it again! It’s an amazing location. Pool is super deep so I would definitely say not suitable for kids. Good amount of sun loungers and lots of clean towels available. Decent sized room. The bar is super fun, good live music and prices are reasonable. Room was clean! Fresh iced infused water left in the lobby was a nice touch. Shout out to Charles he is amazing!

United States of AmericaThe room could have used a good cleaning. The air vent over the desk was very dirty and dripped water on our computer. The computer chair was broken. The woman at the snack/coffee bar was very unpleasant. When the man in front of us asked if he could charge it to the room, the woman in a very mean voice said "how would I know what your room number is, and if you tell me how do I know it is really yours, and NO you cannot do that".
The hotel was very nice. The location was great. The Bourbon "O" Bar had wonderful music and drinks. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful.

United States of AmericaSome parts seemed old and could use an update. Housekeeping staff would show up to your room as early as 10am and I was trying to sleep in. Also on check out date, it was not check out time yet and the staff came to my room to remind me about check out. We were almost done packing but needed an additional few mins; we were not trying to stay past checkout time.
Location is awesome, around the corner from bourbon street. This hotel is walking distance to everything. Staff is very nice and they try to help. Really liked that they had extra security during Mardi Gras and required everyone to show their bracelets. Despite the fact that it was Mardi Gras, the hotel common areas remained clean and hotel was quiet.

If you want to be in the heart of the French Quarter then this hotel is ideal. We had a deluxe room (I think) and it was large and well appointed with a nice view of the courtyard.

CanadaHousekeeping very hit and miss. Shower cleanliness, soap supply, articles under the bed, paper clips on floor at the dresser, coffee cup replacement annd used coffee left in dispenser, etc. This is our only complaint. We would still come back.
