Nothing, although if you aren’t able to climb stairs this isn’t the place for you as the main level is up one flight and our room (queen) was two floors up.

Great location and the host, Stephan was very welcoming and friendly. He is very interested in his visitors and offered great restaurant recommendations and travel advice. The kitchen is always available so leftovers can be heated up. Coffee and tea and yogurt, cereals, breads and fruit are provided for breakfast anytime.

Everything was great. Be aware that the king room has a private bathroom across the hallway. The queen rooms have ensuite private bathrooms.

Parking is on the street, which is very narrow. I was worried about someone side swiping my car. (But that didn't happen.)

The owners were friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was greatly appreciated!

The only negative thing was nothing to do with the property. It is that the underground transport system out to Davis, where the property is located, is so poorly maintained that it travels extremely slowly compared to any other city we have visited. It meant that if we wished to dine out in the city in the evening, it was best to plan our time so that we were out all day, rather than returning to freshen up prior to going out again in the evening. Just something to be aware of and definitely not the fault of our hosts.

Excellent friendly service and communication. Stephen went to great trouble to give us information about what to see and do, and also where to eat. The room was clean and comfortable. Good restaurants nearby. Ten out of ten!

We stayed for 4 days and we really liked the place, the hosts Cristina and Steven were very attentive at all times giving the best advice on what to do. The place is very clean and the breakfast is adequate to start the day. The area is close to the city and full of restaurants and shops, the train stop is super close. The owner Christina is super friendly and so welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to have a great stay. The room was very clean and comfortable and the location was fantastic, just a block from Davis Square in Somerville where there are tons of restaurants and stores. Free parking too!

Steven and Christina are wonderful hosts. They were so helpful with providing information on the Subway and points of interests. They provided a nice breakfast daily with many options. The room and bathroom were very clean. I would definitely stay again and recommend others to stay! The house is in a great location to bars, restaurants, and the subway.

The second-floor room with a private bathroom was quiet and peaceful. I had wonderful conversations with the hosts and a few other guests. Breakfast, while simple, served its purpose as a good start to the day. Street parking was convenient. The location was excellent, close to the train station, but be sure to consider the travel time by train.

Very nice owners, always with a smile and a good advice to help with your stay. Lovely touch with a small continental breakfast which gives you the chance to socialise. Location is quiet, close to Harvard square.

The room is cozy, but adequate. In addition to the one upholstered chair, a folding chair would have been helpful for a second guest to sit. Overall, we had no complaints. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful with suggestions regarding visiting local sites, restaurants etc.. He provided a wonderful selection of pastries, fruit, cereal, coffee, tea etc, for breakfast. The house is located on a quiet street and street parking is available. Close to public transportation.

Steven was very accommodating with our arrival time. He had great recommendations for local restaurants and how to m=use public transportation. The location was great. It is a bit difficult to drive there from the airport. Many turns.

My favorite part was the owners. His knowledge of and advice about the area was so helpful. Our room was comfortable with lots of space for our luggage and an area to sit and read. Private bathroom was important to us as well.
