The location of our room was next to people that were loud, up all night in and out of the room and smoking marijuana and every time we left and came back to the room it smelled like we were smoking it. I felt like I was at a low budget motel.

The room itself was very nice how it was set up. The bed was extremely comfortable. I love the room had an iron and full size ironing board and hair dryer.

Coffee pot was clogged and not useable. Night desk clerk was rude and told us no several times when we asked for more towels and when we asked for coffee. Found a hugh bug in the room. Our keys would not work and had to be reprogrammed several times.

The curtains were stained, and the pillows were not even big enough to sleep on. Ask for towels, and they said they had a shortage of towels.

When we got there our room was not ready and had to wait 2 hours. When we got the key to our room and walked in it smell like WEED. Their were 2 cocroch on the floor. The bed was dirty. The floor had piles of dirt on then. There was mouse poop on the bathroom sink.

We didn't eat breakfast after seeing how nasty out room was.

Sheets had horrible stains, dirt and hairs in them, were all wrinkled as if already slept in, hair and dirty water in the tub, some sort of stains on the wall by the window and in the curtain and floors were unswept. I wish I had taken more photos. The management didn’t apologize and refused to speak to us in English even though very fluent upon our arrival. Extremely rude!

Looks are deceiving- we liked absolutely nothing about the property! We requested a refund and stayed at another hotel.

When we were leaving I noticed that the bottom sheet on the bed was wrong side out. Made me wonder if sheet had been changed.

Our room looked like it had just been redone. Bed was comfortable. Everything was nice and clean.

Booked a suite and was given a standard room. There is no mention of additional deposits for any accessorial charges. The floors were gritty and dirty, to the point my bottom of my sons once white socks were black! There was hair all over the bathroom floors and base of toilet, bath tub installed backward, all rooms open to street. No interior rooms Breakfast sub par.

There was a bit of a wait to check in and check out as the staff member was helping other patrons. I understand though if it is just one person working that there will be a wait.

They had a continental breakfast with a waffle maker which was delicious! Perfect spot to stay in Bowling Green to explore the city! Only 15 minutes away from most major extractions.

Mold in the room. While I was teaching at an event my girlfriend brought it to the staffs attention that we needed to switch rooms they laughed in her face. This is after speaking with customer service and being told we could do so. The staff then proceeded to say they were too full and couldn’t switch us and there was nothing they could do and wiped away the mold with a rag (it came back within hours). When I completed my teaching assignment and returned to the room I walked in to speak to the staff and received a completely different response. I was told absolutely, let me show you a couple of rooms and if one meets your expectations then we can switch you, but only the one time due to being full. All guests should be treated fairly regardless of their gender. I won’t be staying again.

supplies were low - lids for coffee not available questioned on needing more towels and delayed in receiving them. Bagels were in the open and not in closed case. Fine for quick stop but over priced for what you get.

The breakfast was very sparse. We looked and then went to McDonalds. The room rate was high when comparing the quality of the hotel. It might have been based on seasonal rates.

We were on the ground floor and the window shades wouldn't close so I had to use my hair clip. Someone parked both their cars right in front of our door so we had to walk with our bag's. I requested a special flower and Booking. Com said they would be glad to do it but they didn't. 2 of the lights didn't work

The person who checked us in was not very personable. He didn’t offer any information on anything in the area. The so called upgrade room was not worth 15.00 more, it was very dirty and plain. The shower was not good.

We left about 6:20 am there was no breakfast, The location was very good.
