I don't like that they put us in the wrong room after unloading ALL of our things which is alot with a medically complexes child and then our 2nd day, HK walked in our room trying to clean it thinking we were suppose to check out. When we had visitors, they were asked to pay 30 a piece to do anything there. It was my birthday and my son's so we wanted to have a family gathering but it wasn't affordable. They also accused of us of having a dog in a van that WASNT our van or dog and when we told them it wasn't ours, they didn't believe us and said they were gonna proceed with towing. A friend did come down with her puppy but when told there were no dogs aloud by the dock, they immediately left. We really didn't know. Very upsetting. Especially since this is a vacation we've been planning and looking forward to for months. The resort itself is Beautiful and we did have a blast but I feel like we had to pay extra to do anything and the miscommunication with staff and the way we were treated wasn't okay. Not sure if this is a place we will be going back too.

The resort itself was beautiful!! Breathtaking! We loved the pools, playground, amenities, all of it but everything was SUPER SUPER expensive and if you wanted to have any visitors, they had to pay 30 a piece to enjoy any of the amenities which I think is unfair, considering how much we payed.

They gave me a room on the first floor and I always like to sit outside. This stay I was sitting outside and a dog started to approach me so I ran into the loft. I called the office and got my room changed to the 2nd floor.

This is my 4th time back to Still Waters and it's always a great start. It's always a clean peaceful stay.

I didn't like how fast the hot water ran out I was on the fourth floor and it took a long time for us to get water it didn't matter we weren't wanting anything else no water no like dishwasher no washing machine nothing but still didn't have hot water to fill our hot tub had to wait an hour in between just filling up the hot tub and then put more hot water in it so making it only lukewarm

Great room lots of space for family beautiful home and stayed in a three bedroom luxury with hot tub had a patio was great for the kids loved being right across I can walk across the parking lot to the slide and hot tub

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and It’s not sound proof. Every noise from the Unit above us we can hear clearly every step in the floor we can hear I can’t sleep the first night because of the noise above us,luckily the second day the people above our unit check out.

we should have brought extra toilet paper-we ran out during the night! I IMAGINE the road can get crowded IF Silver Dollar City is open--the two times I have stayed here it has not been open and the roads were wide open-BUT if you are going to SDC, Still Waters Resort is very close!

There was a water/mold stain in the bathroom and we had plates and cups for 3 and there were 4 staying with us. There were also no extras in the room like shampoo or coffee.

We went there to have a relaxing time for our anniversary but there was a family, with several children, placed right above us and we had to listen to constant pounding of feet at all hours, it was very disturbing.

The store could have a few more basic needs groceries. You could hear the people above you running around. Need more parking for larger vehichles.

We like the amenities on the property. The lake was right there. There is alot to do. Instead of a pull out couch they have a Murphy bed. That was great! It is close to Silver Dollar City which is where we spent our day. The shuttle was a bonus!! We loved being picked up at our condo and delivered at the gate .The staff were nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The only downfall would be the hot water. It was spotty the whole time we were there. Other than that, nothing else.

We loved our stay at Still Waters Resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to and from the park was a huge bonus!! The docks and amenities are very nice. Our family enjoyed the outdoor hot tub! We would love to come back and stay when pools and all lake activities would be in season!

Staff messed up our keys on the first day and it took a little while to get the problem sorted out. The condos definitely need to be updated. They are clean, but very dated. The carpet really needs to be replaced. Overall though a good property!

The location is fantastic if you are going to SDC! Love having a full kitchen and a bathroom for each room. Everyone is able to have their own space
