You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The staff is always nice. They treat everyone like family. Perfect place to stay with their family or just as a little couple get-away. The prices are exceptional and it's so close to just a few of the amazing attractions and theaters.

United States of AmericaNot having a dresser or chest with drawers is a real inconvenience to me and my sister, as we like to unpack our suitcases into drawers for easier access during our stay. That is the only real drawback to this hotel that we have found, and we have stayed here three years in a row during our ladies conference at Chateau on the Lake in Branson. No other complaints except this year my bed was a little too firm.
Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Everything worked as it should.

United States of AmericaThe only thing we didn't like is the parking lot on the far west side of the hotel. The lot is at an angle and you have to park sideways on the angle. Because it’s on the slant it makes for a good chance for someone to accidentally hit your car or someone else’s car with the car doors.
The value of the rooms were spot on with the price and the cleanliness along with nice updated hard wood flooring was great. The location was great, its just off the strip and easy to get in and out with less traffic. The outdoor pool was great as well.
