We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Everyone was nice, the chairs in the shade, and the hot tub, but needs to stay open a little longer, it closes at 11. It should stay open at least 12pm.

We had a great time. Easy, fast check-in. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Great views. Heated pool, XXL hot tub. We will be staying again. Super comfy beds, and nicely decorated. We had a 2 room unit. Full kitchen, DW, and washer/dryer. The only bad thing was that the 1st mornings breakfast was pretty much empty. Once additional help arrived, the bar was stocked full with 15 minutes left before closing. So sorry to see all that waste. The manager rectified the issue, and breakfast was good for the rest of our stay. They fixed the problem so what more could you want. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable.

United States of AmericaI had called down to front desk and asked if they could please have the trash picked up out of the room because it got missed that morning. I was told they would take care of it and it would be taken out the next morning well it wasn’t so I had to ask for a trash bag to get the trash out this was very disappointing because I am a paying guest and I believe this place was a five star hotel. This is bad business.!!!
I love the fact it was on the beach. Good location for restaurants.

United States of AmericaThere was no fridge in the room to put our personal drinks We didn't have a microwave to heat up our leftover food. We had to throw out our food every day. The pool towels were too small. We would have liked an indoor pool. We were on the 11th floor and the closest ice machine was on the 9th floor and the Waite for the elevator up and down was way too long .

United States of AmericaThe only reason why I gave it a 8 instead of a 10 was because of the bed in room 960 it was EXTREMELY TOO DARN HARD!!!!and when I went to complain to the manager Beth she did apologize but put the blame on someone else owns the room so they don't have any control over it so word to the wise if they try to give u guys room 960....run like u know what....oh and also I didn't like how I had to walk across the street to get to the hotel from the parking lot
I really loved the location of the hotel and how it was close to everything where you could even walk the staff was beyond friendly and nice and very welcoming the breakfast was awesome besides the sausage gravy you can tell they used too much flour and not enough seasoning and milk

United States of AmericaRoom was on the small side, our a/c unit only worked for heat and fan setting. Along with being small, it’s definitely time for a remodel on the rooms. Also noticed a stain on our carpet but for the most part it was decently clean.
Customer service was great, they were helpful and nice. The building is one mile from the main strip so it was a decent location in relation to distance from food, attractions, etc…

The location of the hotel was great. Loved being able to walk straight to the beach and walk on the beach to many restaurants. Appreciate having lounge chairs to use. The hotel was nice. It could use some updates in the room and the bathroom is small. But fairly nice.
