The GFI electric outlets in the bathroom and kitchenette kept tripping. The rooms were big enough for a chair to sit and relax in or watch TV, but there was none. My husband brought one off the plastic ones in ofrom the balcony.

The beach was close, and the angry avocado was yummy You could walk to some small shops , a dollar general and places to eat.

I am short in stature, and I found the bathroom sink was very high.. The room did not have. Dishwasher liquid, since there was dishes and stove, there was no dish clothes. I had to make a reservation to have my bed made. It's too troublesome to do that. There was not enough tubes for the lazy river.

The location was excellent. A good stroll away from food, entertainment, beach, everything you would want within walking distance. I had plenty of space for just me and my husband. I liked the view even though I thought I had requested oceanfront.

I got locked out of my room at the end. Maintenance had to come and help.

My oven in room didn’t work(wasted money on food). Showed proof that I stayed at resort(door key/bracelet) staff still insisted that my kids needed one to get on water slide. Why would they need one when I clearly showed proof of mine. A few guests were friendly but a lot of them were clearly prejudice.

Only problem was the parking situation. Parking at the resort was very limited. We had to park a block away from the resort but it was an easy walk.

Our room was excellent, clean and roomy. Location was perfect as we were there for Singing in the Sun and the convention center was only 2 or 3 blocks away and still had an ocean front room.

These aren’t negatives but something we talked about. The pillows were great but the “comforter” was lacking. You can tell they were old and thin. Adding plush down bedding would be a plus. Also, since housekeeping doesn’t do a full clean having a little broom/dustpan in each room would be nice given all the sand that follows us in. Lastly, I wish every room had a washer/dryer.

You can’t beat the location! Being that close to the beach is vital for our family. We love the option of multiple pools and there is plenty to keep the kids entertained. We also love having a kitchen in the room.

The sink in the bathroom was clogged so we had to use the kitchen sink. There were no paper towels or dish soap in the kitchen.

The property was on the beach a close walk to the convention center. The pool was nicely heated but I felt sorry for the staff because the kids kept leaving the area trashed. Towels and food all over the place! The rooms were a good size and had a good amount of beds compared to some other places we have stayed! The price was great!

The indoor waterslides opened late and closed early.

We had an awesome room! The view was amazing. Our housekeeper Tomeka was very friendly. We were able to walk to the places we wanted to eat at also.

The refrigerator in my room froze everything I put in there making me loss my baby milk.

That it was right on the beach and when we got done at the beach we didn’t have to go far to get changed. I will stay there again.

CHECK IN WAS NOT WELL STAFFED FOR THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE TRYING TO CHECK IN. WE HAD A FEW FAMILIES WHO WAITED WAY OVER THE TIME TOLD FOR THERE ROOM. I ALSO WAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL AND I DIDNT I HAD TO KEEP STANDING IN LINE TO CHECK
