The hotel did not have enough towels. The towels that were in the room was hard and very uncomfortable to use.

The property was minutes away from the beach. We walked to the beach everyday. It was also minutes away from food places, shopping places and a Publix super market.

however they are lacking in longevity room 103 for example the floor is really scratched up and it diminishes the experience. some tiles are missing and the ceiling looks horrible no matter where you are in the facility. my main concerns are the amount of rust and falling ceiling paint and tiles . and the floor tiles that are cracked buckled and missing are a tripping hazard. the new mattresses are extremely had and offer no comfort for the night. I went out and bought a pad for my 3 night stay

I have been coming to this hotel for 15 years annually. even when it was a days inn. you cant beat the location. the upgrades are nice i love the direction the hotel is trying to go in and the staff are always on point. the breakfast is lack luster but sufficiant for a quick meal.

The location of the Ocean Coast is perfect. You can walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes. The facility is fine although it is easy to hear other vacationers outside. On Saturday night the motel was fully booked and many people could be heard outside in the wee hours. Hey, when you are on vacation many people want to party. No problem although if you want more peace and quiet you might look elsewhere. There was a nice motel breakfast with good coffee in the morning. We would stay again since it is located close to the beach.

When we got into our room ,that said no smoking, we could only smell pot or weed. After spraying some of my wifes body spray all around the room it was okay. We opened curtains to get some light while we were eating and all under the coffee table was white dog hair. Other than these 2 things it was a good stay. Deposit for room needs to be higher so people don't smoke in a no smoking room!!

The cleanliness of the room..floors, walls, microwave were dirty. Beds were uncomfortable and could have used another garbage in room.

Breakfast was good but could use more protein like scrambled eggs/sausage. Staff was great with refilling food. Location to beach was amazing. Amenities were great! Loved the bikes, pickle ball, pool and hot tub!

Booked the weekend of April 19th. Seemed like a huge vacation spot for college students at this time. Throughout the night you could here them partying and woke up the next morning broken glass near the staircase. I get it folks just want to party while on vacation...but this was a total disaster. When moving the lamp in the room to get better lightening...the bottom of it broke off.

Always love booking a room here. Walking distance to the beach, close to good restaurants and local shops.

Paying a parking at a non-luxury hotel is crazy.

There is no elevator to second level which is not acceptable for elderly. The room was clean and comfortable. They charge a fee for parking which is outrageous. They have a huge lot. It’s gouging the customer.

Our 1st night our TV wouldn't work. Maintenance came, the second he left it messed up again. We were not told about additional charges at check-in, such as the parking fee & the 50.00 deposit till check out. Also the only vending machines are locked up at night and the clerk behind the desk would not unlock them.

Love the location the most! Very close walking distance to the beach, restaurants and short driving distance to everything else. Beds were very comfortable. Clean grounds, room, lobby, pool, everything. Definitely would stay again.

Lack of cleaning service. The room itself was clean upon arrival. We were given two ratty towels and it was impossible to get anymore after that. They seemed to have none left whenever we asked for more. Thankfully we brought our own. There were no pool hours enforced so the pool which our room faced , was occupied all hours of the night, which made it hard sleep. The air conditioner fan blocked out the noise so we ran that all night .

The location was perfect. Not even a two minute walk to the beach. You can also drive your car onto the beach if you have 4WD. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance . Lots to do in the area .

When we got there is was raining…a lot. Going to the backside of hotel you couldn’t see the numbers in the doors. Lady outside of her room helped us. Pouring. No overhang to get out of car and has to go up the stairs in the rain…no protection from the weather . The tub really needs to be redone. It was gross looking. Even when I realized it was the coating it looked dirty

It was a bit shabby. Hallways needed paint. There was no elevator to 2nd floor. Breakfast was the usual fair at cheaper hotels. Towels were thin and scratchy. No soap or shampoo in the room (luckily I had my own)-didn’t know you had to ask for it. 😬

The location was great-walking distance to the beach and some beach restaurants. And a short drive into town for shopping, great restaurants and some night life.
