Location was beautiful. This was our 45 anniversary celebration and our third visit to Breezy Hills Cottages. The first night we were the only guests on site, NICE !!! The views were spectacular from both the porch and the hot tub which we enjoyed multiple times each day of our stay. Our thanks to Paul and his wife for the accommodations !!! Had a blast !!!

My only complaint is the breakfast part of the B&B experience. It was just dry cereal and oatmeal packs with only a couple single serve juices. But that will not stop us from staying here again. We had NO complaints about anything else.

Location was Awesome. Absolutely better than any hotel or B&B in town. This was our first stay in a B&B and we will for sure stay here again. We are planning our next stay at this same location. It was that nice!! I will and would recommend this to anyone. Book it you will absolutely love it!!! Short drive from Fredericksburg and many other sites to see yet out in the country and away from everything!!!!

At first, I didn't like that there was no wifi, but as I relaxed, I realized that was exactly what we needed to unplug.

The layout of cottages was such that we felt like we were the only ones there. It was a perfect anniversary getaway!

I have no complaints. Maybe a couple of hooks behind the doors would be helpful to guests.

I really was impressed with the cleanliness/tidiness of the cottage. The couches were very comfortable and stylish. Everything was easy to find and more than expected. Very pleased with the attention to detail.

I don’t think there was anything we didn’t like about our stay.everything was just like it was listed, the breakfast provided was oatmeal and little boxes of cereal so make sure you take something for breakfast! But that was all we could say was wrong and that wasn’t wrong we just didn’t bring our own milk!!!

We loved everything about this cottage. The view was wonderful and the hot tub was so relaxing! Seen tons of wildlife. We thought not having a tv was going to be tough but if was wonderful we made time for each other.

Location out in country was beautiful. Very close to Fredericksburg. Very quiet with alot of nature. Our own hot tub. Cottage built so well with fans and air conditioning. Great bed

We found the that the shower area was very slippery, especially when leaving the shower to reach the faucet area.

We have bever had this issue before with the previous stays but this time there was a terrible sulphur smell when any water was ran from the faucets or shower that was pretty over powering. It did subside after a few minutes of running. Minute issue

A little milk would be nice for the packages of cereal for breakfast. In Fredericksburg we typically eat out for most meals so it was no big deal but would have been nice. We will come here for years to come. Thank you Paul for everything!

Would have liked a television, but only because the Masters golf tournament was being played.

Location was a little further from town than we were aware of., but overall it is a beautiful, quiet, property with turkey and deer everywhere.

Cute cottage! Everything was clean and comfortable, hot tub was amazing to come back to after sightseeing and wine tastings! The next house is like a quarter mile away so you have all the privacy you could want and we saw planty of deer meandering around which was fun! The owner is super communicative and really nice!

My wife and I love this cabin. It is roomy and very comfortable. The view is pretty and the location was perfect for us. It's location, just south of Fredericksburg was ideal. We slept well in the bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The living room/dining room/kitchen has just the right amenities and is comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and night. It is beautiful to sit in the bubbly water watching the night sky and listening to the crickets. The owner was quite gracious. He made us feel very welcome. We will return. There are several cabins located there and we highly recommend this location.

The location was remote, and quite. There was a nice amount of wild life to see on the property. The hot tub was fantastic ocean we realized it needed a day to warm up.the room was extremely spacious and lots of windows to let natural lite in.

The water pressure in the shower is lacking. Also the continental breakfast was lacking as well.

Host, cottage and location were all exceptional. Quiet, no distractions if you turn off your phone. A perfect place to just let everything behind and enjoy the serenity of the fabulous Hill Country. This is a spot I will certainly return to over time. With the experience and knowing what I know now, I wish I had planned more time in Texas on Breezy Hills.

I neatly can’t think of one thing that needs to be better. Just a great weekend getaway

Everything was as expected. Had some wildlife out front to watch. Great breeze on front porch. Hot tub was clean Plenty of room in the cabin. Owner met us there. There is nothing to complain about at this place. Will definitely be back. Already have spread the word about this place.
