I usually pick a property with an unobstructed view ...the boat launch there for business but a little disappointed we had that in our view of the ocean

Bed wasn’t great. Advertised as king was a queen. Room was bright at night. Some black out curtains would’ve helped.

Room was upstairs so awkward to get heavy bags to. For some strange reason the room doors opened outwards instead of in, which meant you nearly took people out leaving your room.

Great pool, walking distance to a Nice restaurant.

Didn’t provide ice, breakfast or coffee in room. Had all that you would need to make it i.e., stove, dishes, coffee pot but we weren’t prepared as we only stayed one night. I would definitely stay again but know that I need to bring items w/ me.

Location was wonderful! Wonderful restaurant w/in walking distance and water toys available for rent.

The beach is tiny and you can't really enjoy the sea. They are no window blind and we had to use our towels.

The place is very pretty and the swimming pool was nice.

Well, I knew it was going to be small, however the bathroom was tiny……but for one night it was worked

Loved the location, value, cleanliness and beach area, plus you can’t forget the iguanas! The guys in the office were helpful, actually came to our room to get the TV up and running

We had a door with window panes and the shade did not pull down all the way. Also, we could not get loose ice; we could only buy bags of ice (or make ice in the 1 ice cube tray in the freezer).

There was no breakfast. Location was great - right in the middle of things! Staff was courteous, friendly and always answered our questions.

Shower had one temp and it was HOT.

Awesome location. Close to lots of fishing places. Also had places to fish right on site. Lounge area was beautiful especially at night.

The plumbing in the bathroom. The water wouldn't go down the drain even when taking a shower. We did report the problem. Nothing was done before we left.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds but got 1 king bed instead.

Free coffee but no breakfast. But I don't eat breakfast anyway so that didn't matter.

Need some blackout blinds or curtains, it might also help with traffic noise. But overall it was great.

Cute place, well cared for. Little beach, boat docks, soft sand, grills, bikes, clean pool. We had a bungalow which had plenty of room. The only down side was highway noise at night and no blackout curtains, but not too bad. Overall it was an excellent value.

The bathroom requires some attention. Toilet crammed in corner was hard to use (a bigger person would have a very tough time), shower/tub in disrepair.

The staff was excellent and very friendly. Location great, the rooms and beds were very comfortable.

there were no blackout curtains. there was a good bit of light that came in from the hotel signs, outside lights as well as sun around the blinds. this was my only concern. 🙂

The shower was a challenge to control the water temperature, had to constantly step out and adjust. The couch was not the most comfortable but the bed was great.

I booked a king bed 5 months in advance. When we arrived the room had 2 double beds and they were full so they couldn't move us. I thought with a fridge there would be some basic food utensils but there were none.

It was clean. The staff provided a wine opener and hair dryer upon request. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

The room was not quiet as we asked for as it faced the highway. The room was also a little bit expensive. These are the only reasons it is not 10/10. Otherwise we really liked it. We would go back some day

We really like that it was easily accessible. It was right on the side of the highway and right at the beach with a magnificent view. (Our room did not have a view, but that’s OK, it was not our preference.) Staff were nice. The room was very clean and it had everything we needed.
