I was charged $10 in case we got any snacks and were told if we didn't it would be refunded to the credit card. We didn't get any but we didn't get the refund.

We liked that it was close to the freeway and restaurants /shopping were minutes away.

This motel is a bit hard to find as it is located behind a shopping center. When you enter the shopping center road turn right and go behind the Ashley Furniture Store. The luggage carts are in pretty rough shape, would expect better from a Holiday Inn Express.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Liked that there was a hot breakfast of eggs, two kinds of sausage, biscuits and gravy. Price was reasonable, seems in line with most Holiday Inn Express locations these days, unlike some chains which seem to have raised their prices exponentially.

The air conditioning in the room wasn’t keeping the room cool, I woke up a few times sweating, we tried to adjust it but it wasn’t working properly, all the lounge chairs in the pool area were broken and the only umbrella was also broken, several of the sitting chairs were broken and the nets for cleaning the pool were left hanging on the fence still full of debris from the pool. The pool area didn’t open up until around 10 so if you went outside to enjoy the morning you didn’t have any place to sit besides a bench on the back of the property that seemed to have a permanent resident on a bike that hung out everyday and night, a few times early morning and late night he was inside sleeping in chairs in the computer area.

The beds were very comfortable, I usually don’t sleep well when I’m not in my bed but here I slept good.

The bathroom appeared to have black mold by the tub. It didn’t seem very clean overall. There were 3 decaf coffee pods and only one regular.

In the morning we called to request assistance to help us with our baggage. The staff member indicated that they "don't have anyone to do that". He did agree to at least bring a cart up to our room for us. Both staff members would have been given a $15.00 tip from us although our check in gentleman refused it. As far as the room goes, we did have to call to get the refrigerator working and there was no small freezer at all to refreeze our ice packs for travel days. A suggestion would be to have a comfortable upholstered chair in the corner rather than the rock hard uncomfortable one that was in Rm. 238. The beds were very comfortable although VERY hard to get into due to being so high. Location of hotel to I-65 was great although we had great difficulty with finding it's location at night.

The most appreciated staff member was our check in gentleman. He was very accommodating to we 3 elderly ladies. We were exhausted upon arriving a couple hours later than planned as well as having great difficulty (40 min.!) finding the hotel location in the dark. We had requested help with getting our baggage to our room and he did so happily. He absolutely refused our money to pay him. We have limited walking ability and he graciously got our ice for us. He should be commended by your company.

The shower either needed to be painted or had mold in it...I honestly didn't want to get too close to look. The carpet and baseboard in corner of the room were left un finished exposing bare concrete.

Luke at check in was very helpful and patient with me as I had made my reservation under my maiden name but gave him my married name to check in.

The housekeeper knocked and was attempting to come in my room before I could could get to the door. Thankfully, I had the door guard there. The manager handled the situation promptly. Also the signage needs to be a little closer to the road, so that you can see it,

The he bed was spacious and comfortable! Could offer a few more choices of meat at breakfast, other than that it was pretty good. The manager on duty was great!

It's a bit of a drive from downtown, but didn't have to pay downtown prices. I heard the hotels on the north side of town are bad and this being in Brentwood is in a much better area.

Our room had a door between the room next door and we could hear their TV from our room. Also we could hear the people above us walking heavily and sounded like jumping up and down after midnight. The room also seemed small in comparison to other hotels we have stayed in.

The breakfast was good, but would have been nice to have bacon as well as sausage.

Only the fact that the beds were too high to get in easily.

Great location off I-65. Comfortable room with refrig. and microwave-a little larger than usual. Beds were comfortable but a bit too high-very difficult to get in and we are all average height. The staff was very courteous, helpful, and kind. Full breakfast has resumed and it was great.
