Saw a total of three or four tiny little roaches, please fumigate the hotel

I liked the decoration, the location, amenities, it’s easy to access and check in is easy, it has fridge, microwave and even a stove and kitchen tools, it’s comfortable and cozy.

The deposit was a little high, it was twice as much as my stay for one night, but I do understand that without staff on premises it's probably a little harder to monitor room damage etc....i would stay there again but that was the first time I ever had to place a large deposit ahead of my stay. Also, since the money was already taken (plus the room fee) before my stay, it just made us a little overly cautious and worried about getting charged for something that was done before we got there or them finding any reason to charge us since they were already in posession of the deposit money. But I do believe they were fair, I did get charged 95 for something small caused by my significant other but I do believe it was fair and it was rightfully my responsibility to cover it, so they do seem fair. I would definitely stay again, that large deposit though would be the only little downside as it would just cause a little extra anxiety and concern for keeping more money....Otherwise, very beautiful hotel!

Easy check in process, very cozy and accomodating

The noise from the bars downstairs was a little louder than anticipated. After completing the check in form and requested parking we also sent a message asking to park our car earlier (did not request early check in as we did not necessarily need access to the room, just to park), but never received a response.

Lots of character in this historical building. Location is fantastic and we appreciate the gated parking.

Cramped, especially the toilet/shower room. No towel hooks near sink. No bedding for sofa bed initially, but brought quickly when requested via text. Sofa futon quite uncomfortable. Blocks around hotel don't feel particularly safe at night. Street cleaning Tuesday morning meant moving car before 8am.

Separate Bedroom and living rm. Got lucky and found street parking spot right next to hotel.

The communication about the parking was lacking - I prepaid online and they had no record of it. If not for the bouncer at the bar downstairs helping us, we would have had no way to understand how to get into the building, or where to park. We had to haul all our suitcases up 3 flights of stairs to get to our rooms - no elevator! Seems someone would have mentioned that.

Location was great with restaurant and live music downstairs. Great view from room. Nice kitchenette, clean bathroom, comfy bed.

There is a bar directly downstairs which could be fun but was noisy most of the night. If you want windows open at night, you couldn't really. It's just a noisy area in general. Also, no elevator was brutal lol.

So cute! Close to everything. Shops, restaurants, bars, the beach, the theater. Good/safe parking for $20 a day. Would definitely go back:)

The bathroom is like not proper and if you are larger or taller you literally couldn’t use the toilet without sitting to the side and you can’t close the bathroom door because it hits your knees. But leaving the door open it’s like you are using the bathroom in the bedroom. And then the sink is in the bedroom. Mattress was super hard and blanket situation wasn’t great with the comforter they choose.

Room was large and had a kitchen and two tvs, comfortable couch. Cool windows and nice views. Historical building was neat to walk through. And private secure parking spot to leave car during the stay.

I certainly didn’t like the noise, level of the rock ‘n’ roll and jazz and music and loud screaming and shouting from the place downstairs. Two bars downstairs very loud very busy, shouting and drunk people police officers chasing cars just because there’s a bar downstairs they can’t regulate that that’s ridiculous. You need to have a conversation with the owner of that company and have them either close their doors and windows or insulate thedoors and windows just another damn Paradise. Nobody seems to.
