The floor levels are confusing. Pool smell is allot. Cable box didnt work so we were stuck on 1 channel.

Facility was in a state of flux. Major remodeling going on. Restaurant and lounge were closed. Only one ice machine in a very large hotel was operational. TV in our room did not work. Night clerk said it was because we got the last room, but hotel was virtually empty. Also clerk charged me again for room I had paid for via Booking.

Room was large, clean, and comfortable. Carissa at reception was friendly and helpful. Pool/spa looked nice, but I didn't use.

It would be nice if the vending machines offered something more substantial than sugary/salty snacks (ie: sandwiches or even soup). I arrived at the hotel late at night, and the restaurant was already closed. Fast food isn’t everyone’s “cup of tea”, so soup and/or sandwiches would be a good economical option, and guests wouldn’t have to go elsewhere to grab a quick bite.

The close proximity to the airport was wonderful, especially after a late evening flight. The room was very clean and well kept.

The toilet seats all need replaced. We stay at this location every 2 months and every room is the same and looking very old. The front end staff all need lessons in customer appreciation as they are all grumpy and non-accomodating. I have interacted with probably 10 staff over the last year and only 1 has been nice. The rest hate their jobs and their customers.

The airport shuttle and the park and fly option. This is the primary reason we stay at this location. The pricing on the park and fly is very reasonable.

The spa was absolute chaos. Unattended kids were running amuck making it very difficult to relax. There are hotel rules prohibiting unattended children from being in the spa, but they were not enforced. They also ruled the halls at all hours, playing chase and having nerf gun battles well after 10pm. We will very likely be trying the Hilton across the street our next stay. We don't mind children in any way, but it was way too hectic

Hotel hasn't been updated in a while so the online rating was a good reflection of that.

Hotel does not charge additional rate for pets. I travel with my 2 dogs so this was a major plus for me.

The pool area is VERY dark, it was hard to enjoy it. The pool was too cold to use, which was really the purpose of our stay— to let the kids swim.

The hot tub was over run with kids, no one being watched, saved a child drowning And no one even noticed. Hot tub full of kids garbage, cups and balloons. Not a single care.

The pool was freezing! Too cold for our little to swim, but we went during the week so maybe heat wasn't on? The hot tub was good.

Breakfast had standard options and was good. Service was excellent. Continental breakfast would be nice since hotel is more pricey.

The beds were uncomfortable. Fortunately we booked a two bed room. The beds were memory foam and one had a large person sized indentation. The other bed was better but still not great. I have to also say I am not someone that likes memory foam to begin with. For me it is too stiff and uncomfortable.

This property is beautiful. They have everything you need. Pool and hot tub looked clean.
