The Smell on the floor I stayed on was very distictive. Too many scents, loud air freshner. The elevator was sloe and squeeky, one elevator was out of order. Restaurant staff wasn't experienced.

Being overcharged for three rooms when I and my family only was paying for two.

The service was not great, I was overcharged for an extra room that had nothing to do with the two rooms I did pay for. I have been refused a refund and will be filing a complaint.

No internet on 6th floor entire stay. No breakfast on Friday morning even tho said daily when I booked. No discount. No daily housekeeping and not told to request it by 9am. No coffee avail at breakfast. Waited 20 min for refil on gravy. Ran out of hot water when showering July 9 10:05am.

The pool area was clean and family friendly. The front desk was responsive to our lack of internet the first night of our stay. Unfortunately that didn't last on the 2nd day. Easy on/off highway was nice

Understand restaurant attached was undergoing renovations. That is a huge asset.

Nothing against the Hotel. May I recommend putting limits on the # of pieces of fruit 🍌 🍉 a guest can take. I saw families emptying the bowl in ftont of waiting guests who wanted a piece of fresh fruit. The location of where breakfast was served was central. 👍

There were bugs in the pool (but the very friendly blond desk person promptly took care of them). The printer at the business center had no toner cartridge making it impossible to print a personal document. Sunday morning, June 3rd-no hot or even warm water to shower. Mentioned to desk clerk and she said, well we were at capacity-probably ran out. Seriously?? Told that there was nothing she could do as far as partial refund due to booking through booking.com. Handed us the managers card. Very disappointing.

Property was very clean, and beds were comfortable. Atrium was warm and inviting.

Atrium area was nice to meet with everyone and enjoy conversation and drinks while the kids were in the pool.

The bathroom didn't look cleaned - the tub/shower was rusted and there was a dirty towel hanging on the shower rod. We also didn't have any bath towels. Thankfully, I wasn't about to use the shower.

The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was a nice selection of fruit, pastries, yogurt, biscuits and gravy, etc.
