It is very run down!! Needs some significant deep cleaning and repairs!! There was mold in the shower. The sink was clogged. Initially the TV and phone didn't work. I did get a remote that worked but it didn't have a back in it. The lazy river had buildup in thy bottom of it. It's GROSS!

Front desk worker was very helpful and pleasant in resolving issues with the TV and phone that weren't working.

Hot food containers were totally empty and some other items needed refilling. No tongs available to get stick rolls out of container so people were using their fingers to serve. Counters needed to be wiped off. I opted for coffee only. Room, especially bathroom, was not very clean. The facility (including hallways) could use some updating/TLC.

The rooms seemed a little run down. Our fridge didn’t work. We had to put drinks in ice buckets to keep them cold.

The room was fairly clean. The bathtub/shower was clean however there was dust and scum on the edging or the flooring. There was a hole in one top blankets on one of the beds. The air conditioner rattled all night and was quite loud. The WiFi didn’t work at all and per the front desk it only works sometimes. There was no cell service in my room and I had to leave the room or go out side. The front desk personnel was not professional looking at all in sweat pants sweatshirts. The breakfast attendant was not around and there was little amount of food. And there guests with no shoes on in the breakfast area.

The location was convenient and the Mexican restaurant in the hotel had great service and good food!

Our drains (sink and bathtub) barely drained. Even after front desk was informed about it. We stayed a week and I showered daily-each shower ended in 2-3” of standing, nasty water. Sheets weren’t clean upon arrival. Hair, stains, and sand on them.

That there was no touch up done to the locker rooms. They smelt very horrible and where never cleaned the whole week I stayed. Very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. Very disappointed the worker I told that there was blood on the floor by the hot tub and she replied "we don't have any chlorine in the building to clean that up" I was disgusted and couldn't wait for my trip to be over. Will not be returning after all my children got rashes from the lazy river.

Breakfast was the same boring stuff. Not much options. Maybe if they switched it up Every other day it wouldn't be so boring. Everything was convenient in drive range. The workers have a sense to be helpful but don't care about their work environment and it shows.

the pool area was not that clean. my room had a broken phone and under the sink it was disgusting. the night time check in guy was the rudest man and was rude to my whole family.

Dust hanging from ceiling, Bottle tops under the end table, Cable didn't work while I was there so there was no acceptable TV Viewing when I was in the room. Fan in the bathroom was on the whole time and very noisy. Advertised breakfast was low quality for 1/2 the days I was there and only acceptable to rest of time.

I slept well in the provided bed. Air conditioning worked. Staff tried to be helpful but seemed undertrained.

There were no USB ports and not enough outlets. Needed to plug in CPAP, and phones, was very hard. Not enough lighting, room very dark. TV did not work well

You need to revise cleaning of bed sheet, towels and the like. I do not thick they are well supervised. Some of your male staff on the front desk were very unfriendly ones. Please check.

The breakfast was fine but same everyday, which makes us bored. Please change it frequently. The swimming pool was nice.

Rooms were not clean. They are dated and one of our beds was broken. The pool view room does not open to the pool area and made the room humid.

Continental breakfast was good. Restaurant was excellent. Staff was very accommodating.

Xtra charge to use the dirty pool area. Pool and surrounding had mildew along pools & lazy river area. Splash park, several children got hurt coming off slides onto the cement. Breakfast poorly attended to at 7am was out of bread, milk, & several other items guests commented on, I had to go to the desk to ask the two staff members that were sitting there if they had any refills for the empty items. Blankets had burn holes in both. Sheets had holes in several places, 4 people in room, only towels set up for 3 people, we had to share towels. Horrible cable TV, like 10 channels nothing for children to watch. TV picture was set too wide for the screen & could not see captions or full picture of the news. Night stand very Dusty under neath, set temp on HVAC that was full of dust & window sill dirty with flies. Shower liner had mildew on the bottom. Plus tub was Dusty on edges where u would put shampoo & soaps. Dirt & hair behind bathroom door. Refrigerator did not cool. No microwave. Return air vent very dirty. Nothing seemed clean. Whole hotel very dated.
