Had a few issues the first night stay, but told office and they took care of everything.

Clean, having a private balcony. And wood burning fireplace. Staff is very friendly.

Room was not well cleaned on arrival and during stay. I don't think a vacuum had been run in our room for a long time. Over all a little pricy for the outdated rooms. Exterior lighting was terrible lots of lights but none of them were working

The room did need a little additional attention to cleaning, particularly the mirrors in the bedroom area had smudges across them. The room was in somewhat disrepair. Broken light bulb with hanging glass, poor paint quality around updated light fixtures, missing trim on corner panel, and a minor leak in the bathroom sink are what devalue the stay in the room. Minor maintenance issues, once addressed would improve the quailty of the rooms greatly.

Breakfast was tasty. Loved the running water outside the balconies. The log style furniture was quite cozy. We made use of the brookside adventure book to locate hiking tails to near by water falls. The beds were clean and comfy. Maid service brought fresh towel and took out trash about everyday.

breakfast was not that good and was hoping for variety exact same food every morning for 4 days eggs, pancakes, and potatoes were not hot and one morning the coffee was luke warm

we loved our room very spacious had a fireplace wooden furniture and the stone sink in bathroom gave us a country feel loved the wooden bear pictures on the walls bed was comfy and king size loved the location outside of Gatlinburg with much less traffic than main street quiet and the river flowing right next to the hotel was relaxing loved the chairs and bridge and fire pit as their motto states, city close, but country quiet

It was walking distance from the strip, but coming back is uphill. Not too bad, but were not a walking kind of family. But this place does keep you out of all the traffic and quiet at night.

The staff was super sweet. Rooms were very cozy. Breakfast was great. We purchased wood for outside firepit, and everything is easily charged to your card on file.

Needs better road markings and lighting for entrances especially at night Paid for breakfast but was pretty sparse offerings No trash can in bathroom Bed stiff When we got to our room to unpack our cooler, our fridge was full of water. It seemed like the power had been cut to it and the freezer has defrosted and the water had pooled throughout and my husband had to dry it out before we could use it (we didn’t want to pester the staff before we went to dinner).

The elevator smelled of concentrated fabuloso and it made me nauseous. Thats the only thing.

I didn't have much to dislike except for the bathroom. It needed a shelf. The sink, back of toilet was all rounded at an angle. Had to put all my toiletries out on the Microwave stand. Because you couldn't keep anything from falling off of what might be used as a shelf. There was a seat in the Shower you could set your soap and shampoo on. Seemed off to walk in and out of the bathroom to shave and brush my teeth.

Had a single Kingsize bed. Room was large with a private balcony. Walk-in shower, restroom was roomy. Bed was quite comfortable.

I always have clorox wipes with me b/c I have 5 children. I was glad I had them. Unfortunately there was still hair in the tub and on the floor in the bathroom. I'm not one to complain so I just took care of it myself. I use to work in hospitality and I know what it takes to run a cleaning crew, and i didnt want to be that guest. The fireplace still had ash in it and the cost of the firewood I thought was a little ridiculous after we had already paid $700 for our room. We both thought the wood was in with the cost of the room when we booked a fireplace room. I would definitely recommend giving the first night or at least 1 bag of firewood to the guests. The breakfast deal was nice, but the food was Mediocre at best. The pictures on the site definitely made it look more appealing then it was. Lastly the distance from the strip was a little misleading. It says 0.2miles to the strip. Readying that you think you are right in the heart of the strip and you're actually at the very end if you walk down the hill. My husband and I ended up driving every day and paying to park. Now we could have taken the trolley, but it never seem to be coming when we were ready to head out for the day. I recommend planning your time around trolley time if you don't want to pay $20 for parking.

The room itself was Beautiful! The decor, the fireplace, the style of the bathroom, the balcony and the view were all Amazing and the grounds we absolutely Beautiful!! We also loved the furniture as well! We did enjoy our stay and for the price would probably stay again.

No water pressure ,the AC didn't work and the hair dryer only blew out cold air. Took forever to dry my hair.

Not all balconies are private

Everything was good .. Mattress a little uncomfortable.. balcony was not private but overall was a good clean stay
