It is a bit pricey for what it offers, but again that happens with every hotel in NYC and the US. If one takes only into account NYC hotel standards, then Bryan Park is definitely above all the other similar hotels in the city.
The location is superb and super clean. And the staff is outstanding. A special thanks to John at the front desk, he was super kind, patient and cheerful. This kind of staff makes a difference for the guest, it elevates any stay. The hotel itself is quite good, especially according to NYC standards. It is being renovated and the already renovated rooms are great. Hope to stay there again soon.

Having Bryant Park literally right outside the front door was amazing as were the views of the park from our room. The staff were absolutely the most welcoming, friendly and accommodating people we have ever encountered! They made us feel like family and we really appreciated the time and attention they gave our family, especially my 7 year old granddaughter who was treated like royalty!

Lovely hotel, we have stayed here often. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Location is amazing. Room size is good. Perfect wifi and amenities.

Also, I think the privacy button needs to be a little more eye catching- didn’t know about it until the second day and was not prepared for housekeeping lol
Loved the location and how bright and airy the rooms were. The staff were warm and welcoming the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Really appreciated Ray and Jo for taking care of us first thing! Super nice people :)
