Key Cards didn’t work to get it the doors to the buildings and had to be reset often. Rougher neighborhood. Lots of sirens and noise. Older facility.

Location was good. Staff was helpful.

Having to give a $75.00 deposit in addition to the room charge that was not mentioned when registering online. I was told at checkout that I would receive a refund of the deposit within two weeks. I can imagine the float earned on multiple customers' deposits in two weeks. What a scam. I've stayed in many places all over the world and never heard of such a thing. received a cake of soap about the size of club cracker. Too much to deal with upon late night arrival.

When i first got there my card didn't work too get in the building, they didn't tell me the right way to use the card. The tv wasn't working, maintenence had to come fix it. It was a bad start all together.

Room wasn’t cleaned after previous guest, bed unmade & obvious dirty linens. Bathroom had someone’s shampoo and soap still in the shower, sink was filthy…I called and told front desk that my room wasn’t cleaned and they couldn’t care any less. actually hung up on me. I carry sleeping bag and military poncho liner w me when on my bike so I made it work. I knew it was a dump when I pulled in, guests checking in ahead of me were livid with staff so…

There was really nothing that I liked about this place it is under construction it smells horrible it is very ghetto! Just really nasty the bed is hard and very uncomfortable if you got a non-smoking room and they were still nursery in there and a half smelled like cigarette smoke but we were in a non-smoking area..

I had purchased a pizza for dinner and had left overs. I woke up hungry and didn't turn the light on but grabbed a slice. I sat down on the side of the bed and was about to eat it when I felt something on my arm and hand. I turned on a light and the pizza was covered in ants and they were crawling off the slice of pizza I just got out of the box and was ready to eat. I proceeded to throw up just thinking about the fact that I almost ate an ant pizza! I'm very upset about this. I didn't have a chance to complain to management because I had to get to work, but they need to take care of this problem. Also, there were no towels, wash cloths, or hand towels in my room when I got there. When I saw house cleaning, she wasn't at her cart but I saw the clean towels so I thought I would take them and let her know as soon as she came out. Well, she saw me, and was very rude, took the towels right out of my hands and I explained to her that there weren't any in my room. She finally gave them back but it felt like it was reluctantly. If housecleaning would have put them in the room to begin with, I wouldn't have had to try and get them myself.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Danny was very professional and courteous, and got me an iron when I asked. I really appreciated that because I had to go to work the next morning.

There was no breakfast. There was no coffee in room. I could have done without the cockroach crawling on the TV remote. The room smelled stale and musty.

The bathroom had what appeared to be black mold and the linens for a nonsmoking room had cigarette burns in two places! Opened the pull out hide a bed and found old dirty towels and filthy sheets in the hide a bad REEKED of cheap weed in every hallway to the point I felt sick.

The wifi. And the price but didn't feel very safe even with cameras watching the entrances and the other "tenants" would prop open the entrance to let anyone wander through the halls.

First of all if booking on line there is a 70 dollar fee that is charged when checking in that they put it back on your card five days after check out. I rented two rooms and they weren't close together then we rented the rooms from Friday until Sunday. Saturday we went to Zoomberi Bay when we got back the staff went into the fridge and throwed away our pizza and our chocolate milk for the little kids.

It was quite and peaceful.
