Lighting in the room could have been brighter and the heat/air conditioner was hard to figure out. Nights in the room could be very warm.

Location was good and I liked my room as well as the continental breakfast. Staff was really friendly and knowledgeable about things in the area.

Staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent. There's a whiteboard in the lobby for guests to post their own opinions of local restaurants, which is a nice idea.

We were grateful for the laundry facilities, but there didn't seem to be any heat in the tumble dryer. I wasn't convinced another round would be worth the time, so we managed to finish drying them off in our room!

Estes Mountain Inn was further out than we had expected, so it was getting dark by the time we eventually found it! We were given a great restaurant recommendation by the staff member HUNTER'S CHOP HOUSE, a short car journey away. We would have preferred a walk, but this place was well worth a visit - we went both nights for the delicious food. Breakfast at the Inn was varied and very good - I learnt to make waffles! - and all the guests were very friendly. We were grateful that an early message notified us of the complicated time slot entry to the Rocky Mountain National Park. However, a glitch meant that the messages kept coming. Hopefully it is sorted by now!

Sounds. Very very difficult to sleep. Stuffed ears even. You could hear every door shut on a vehicle. The door to another room shutting was worse. People in rooms on either side of me, I could hear walking back and forth the entire evening. Heater was loud. Came from an outside element that sounded like a loud vehicle starting up and then idling. After a bit the blower above the bed would turn on until it came to temp. Then both would shut off. Hate to leave this but had to. Hotels are there for us to be able to sleep. Can't do that when it's constantly loud.

Friendly. Lobby was cozy with smores, 🍿 popcorn and other amenities for fun.

Beds were hard, pillows were flat and too soft.

The breakfast was limited, didn't end up eating the breakfast. The location is close to downtown Estes, not safe to walk at night though, no sidewalk along the highway.

Parking was a little crowded and you can tell the rooms need a little updating as our shower window was very old and rusted. However, it was nothing bad that would compromise our stay or experience.

The property was very cute with tons of nice amenities including and indoor pool, fire pits with s’mores kits, popcorn, breakfast, ping pong, and outdoor places to sit and relax. Our room specifically was clean and the linens were clearly clean as they had a faint but good smell of “bleach”, simply meaning they smelled and felt super clean.

Almost no counter space for the bathroom sink. It made it very difficult for a couple to use the sink.

The shower did not warm up enough for me.

The property was conveniently located nearly the town of Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. They provided a lot of pillows on the bed which is a huge plus for me! Every night at 6:00 they have S’mores at the front lobby, rain or shine! Corn hole and other games provided on the lawn.

The provided pillows went flat far too easily, and the room could have made a much better use of the space in terms of storage (shelves, hanging racks, etc.), so most of our things stayed on the floor.

The room itself was small, but was very cozy. The bed was comfortable, and the space was kept clean. The breakfast was simple, but provided several options and was very tasty. Proximity to town and overall value were wonderful. They provided complimentary popcorn and s'mores every evening for a nice way to relax.

Berries, melon, and peaches were not provided with breakfast

Included self serve breakfast starting at 6:30 AM including granola, oats, milk, boiled eggs, orange juice, and packaged peanut butter crackers, granola bars, and wrapped bagels made it easy to get on the trails early. Hot tub soothed our muscles after a day of hiking. Hope to make time for the pool as well during our next visit.

We stayed in Estes so we wouldn’t have to get up at 4am to meet family to spread our parents ashes. We weren’t there long enough to really use any amenities, but we slept great
