Nothing not to like.

The quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed. The beds were new and comfortable. The breakfast was great and the owner so very helpful and friendly! Backed right up to the door which made unloading luggage so easy!

Only one thing. It needed a night stand on one side of the bed.

The motel is old but they had some extra amenities not all motels have: a larger refrigerator that most motels, microwave, large area for suitcases and hanging clothes. It was clean and comfortable. They have a pool but it was too cool to use it but it looks nice. A bit off the beaten path but perfect for our purposes.

Kind of old, could use an upgrade.

Beds were comfortable and the place was quiet, clean. The staff was very friendly and gave us lots of additional information about Hot Springs. Breakfast was nice too.

We were hoping to use the pool, but it was closed. It seems that because the pool is outside, it closed labor day weekend. So beware this amenity may not exist even though it is advertised at the time of booking. Call the motel to verify.

Staff was super friendly and great to chat with. The property is maintained well and very clean. Great location homebase to roadtrip to the sights in South Dakota. And mini-golf included is awesome!

The hotel is pretty old, and there was no night table on one side of the bed.

The owner/manager was a very nice gentleman and quite helpful on local dining and attractions.

this is a classic motel where you park by the door of the room. the room and the motel are well maintained and up to date. the room has the accoutrements of newer hotels (fridge, microwave, breakfast, digital tv service, wi-fi, etc.) but in the old-time form of a small, friendly drive-in motel. i appreciated the fact that the owner was behind the desk checking me in and was happy to chat for a few minutes and offer restaurant recommendations. i would definitely stay here again.

Room was rather small…(queen room). There is a big difference between the King bed room and the Queen bed room, not just the beds.

Liked the mini golf course.

Room had an odor (closed up smell), but was tolerable. Super sized recliner in room didn’t function and took up a lot of space.

Our family traveled together for a Colorado vacation. We stayed at Hills Inn on our way to our destination and then again on our way heading home. The rooms are clean, the pool is crystal clear and refreshing. We had time to play 18 holes of mini golf this visit and it was so much fun! The owner is friendly and helpful—after a week on the road it felt like coming home.

The rooms have recently been updated. Everything was very clean and in good condition. Family owned and operated. The owner was very kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. It is a motel style hotel but don’t let that bother you. The rooms are nice.

A very nice motel. It is clean and well taken care of. There is nothing fancy but a great value. We stayed here one night on our way through to Colorado. We will stay there again on our way back home. Our grandchildren loved the pool. Breakfast was delicious!!

Kind of old, it is family owned and they have done work on it over the years but still outdated, bed not very comfy. Way too much construction going on in town on the roads.
