Requested a handicap accessible room, downstairs with handicap accessible bathroom. The Requested information wasn't passed on to the location staff by Hotels.com (so the person on duty said). Also the bathroom door latch was not working, no slip proof pat in the bathtub, and no shower wand type shower sprayer, which is a necessary item for a handicap person. (The staff could have cared less about any of these things). Also the battery in the locking mechanism on the room door was dead so the room door wouldn't lock when we checked in. We needed to go somewhere immediately after we arrived so we had to put all of our luggage, etc. back into our vehicle because the staff was too busy to come replace it at that time. We were disappointed with the lack of attention to important details.

The toilet was dirty and in the shower the water didn't get hot. I told the owners at checkout and he said okay. I thought that was very rude.

It was right off of I 35 highway and easy to find.

The nasty pool that was quarter filled with green ooze they had to walk by to get into the room the hallway which was about 90° and 90% humidity none of the ACs worked in the hallway smelled kind of funny hallway was flooded where the ice machine was the door key locked me out 10 minutes before check out went to breakfast with 30 minutes of spare and they were out of waffle batter first room we went in smelled like urine so we had to change rooms a second one wasn't much better

There were roaches everywhere. People were drinking and screaming and throwing beer cans in the parking lot until 3 in the morning. Half the plug ins didn't work either. Staff was unfriendly and wouldn't speak to me.

I didn't like it at all. It was horrible and very dirty. Not worth the price.

The floor boards were loose. Cigaret burn holes in the blankets in a non smoking room . Sink faucet leaked all over the cou nter. Shower curtain fell down when I tryed to close it . Ac-Heater made a load noise when in used making it impossible to sleep when running . Front desk manager smelled like pot when he finally arrived after waiting 10 minutes . He was not nice or friendly . Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

I had requested a quiet, NO SMOKING room. When I arrived to check in, the front desk gentleman told me he only had 1 room left and he didn't have any more rooms available. I told him I had reserved my room a week ago. He said it didn't matter and he only had one room available. When I entered the room, immediately it smelled of cigarettes. It appeared clean and orderly, but the smell was nasty. An ashtray was on the desk. I went to the front desk and told the gentleman and his response was, "That's all I have". I learned during my weekend stay that the bed, when sitting on the edge, a spring was broken and came up through the side of the mattress stabbing me in my leg. There was no iron when I needed to press a shirt and the small tabletop ironing board had 2 broken legs so it wouldn't stand the 4 inches it was meant to do. The wall air conditioning rattled and multiple times during the night, it roared like a garbage truck emptying garbage in its back, but it was the air conditioner making that noise. The hotel was filled with construction workers going and coming all night long making noise in the parking lot, on the outside walkways leading to the rooms, and revving their truck engines throughout the night and morning going to and from work. A few of the workers sat in their trucks with loud music and talked on their cell phones with their windows open. When I mentioned this to the front desk, again I was confronted with the nastiness of they pay their stay here too. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this hotel or stay there again.

The location was within 20-30 minutes of where I had to go every day. The location was convenient.

Location is not within walking distance of any restaurants, but there is a Cefco next door. Didn't like being close to highway, but hotel was quiet. Some grass closer to rooms for dogs to walk would be nice. Extremely minor issues!!

Very clean, spacious room. Bed was extremely comfortable and staff were courteous, helpful and accommodating. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice, clean, comfortable stay at a great price.

Misleading information when booking. 1. Muffin and juice is (NOT) a hot continental breakfast. Had to checkout early to go eat somewhere else. 2. Had ants all over one of the night stands beside the bed. Had to wait for office staff to come spray and cleanup. 3. Hotel located In a bad area next to truckstop. 4. Was woke up at 6:am by loud talking from three people. (Office staff blaring through our room phone on speaker) Had to unplug phone to make it stop. 5. Rooms are dated and wore out. 6. Bed matrices and pillows are worn and uncomfortable.
