We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaDirty coffee pot, with mold inside where the water goes. cups behind the refrigerator and a couple of roaches. Dead now. I watched the cleaning staff, mopping the floor in the room with water from the bucket and the water was not clean. Because I had to mop some water in the room with a paper towel and the towel was dirty black.
Well, there was no breakfast. The location was good, the staff friendly, the room and the beds ok.

United States of AmericaBAD water damage - wood floor breaking apart and planks come up when you step on them; faucet in tub/shower is hanging out of the wall; large tile in bathroom has been replaced and it looks like it was done by a 5-year-old - caulk is literally dripping down the wall. There were also roaches in the bedroom. The AC made so much noise cutting on and off that it woke us up quite a few times.
Close to Clemson for Spring football game and family day. Good Mexican restaurant in front of motel
