There were restaurants within walking distance. The room was perfect for one night. It was small but clean.

The "grab-n-go" breakfast was really pitiful. There were hardly any choices and none of it looked appetizing. The counter in the lobby that held the breakfast items was very crowded because the counter was quite small. Mostly people grabbed coffee, but I'm not a coffee drinker. Looked at options and turned around and walked out.

Easy check in and check out. Comfortable bed. Size of room was good, too.

It was a really cute little motel. It’s older, but it was clean & the rooms have been updated. There wasn’t much for breakfast, but for the cost of our stay, it was fine.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The parking for our trailers and pickups was convenient right outside our rooms. We requested a room change after arrival to be able to see our vehicles and they worked with us to make it happen. The Mexican restaurant next door was convenient and had great food. We would stay again.

Really have no complaints except it would be nice if you had a pool. Some of our late afternoons were hot and would have loved a nice dip to cool off.

Perfect location and priced perfectly! Not a fancy place, but suited our needs as a place to stay. Room was very clean and had maid service daily. Bed was comfortable. We came to tour southeast New Mexico and Roswell was our central location.

Grab and go breakfast was not great. 4 pack hostess donuts is not ideal. Maybe some bagels or more fruit options.

Clean, comfortable room with hot water. TV was nice sized with plenty of options and was able to park steps away from the room. Takeaway breakfast was sufficient.

Looking at the outside you may not think the rooms would be nice inside but you would be wrong.

We love this hotel. We stayed here a year ago and had the same experience. Staff was super friendly. Outside may not look top knotch but the rooms inside are nice. We are not 5 star motel people because we refuse to pay a lot for a bed and shower. This place works for us.

No dresser in the room but there was a very large closet.

Great location walking distance to restaurants and a close drive to the Attractions. The Alien decor outside & in the office was adorable. The room was super clean with an equally comfortable bed.

Hairdryer didn't work and the breakfast options were a 'grab & go' and were very limited.

Good location for exploring Roswell. Room was comfortable enough and we had a good stay there.

Electrical plugs weren't situated for easy access — perhaps a powerstrip could be made available?

Genuine value in an area rife with overpriced accommodations. Courteous hosts; clean, well-maintained property, convenient parking immediate to room location. Excellent Mexican restaurant next door was a bonus.

Love this place, always stay here when in Roswell. It's an old school facility that has been very well remodeled, ( I've spent my whole career in construction) The best part for us is parking right in front of your door! Easy breezy!

Very small bathroom and extremely loud exhaust fan that did nothing except make a lot of noise.

Room was dark, one window at front. The property is old (but remodeled a bit) so it’s definitely not fancy. The area doesn’t feel super safe but who knows.

Property is in a good location as u travel in and out of town. It was very clean and the rooms seemed remodeled recently. The beds were very comfy, and it’s nice u can park in front of ur room for easy luggage in and out.

My only complaint is that I couldn't figure out how to close the drain on the bathtub and that the tv lost signal. Could just be user errors on my part, and it really didn't bother me enough to say anything.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, wifi worked! Staff was very friendly and helpful. $10 pet fee was reasonable. Room might be tight for more than two people, alone with my dog it was perfect. Location is off Main street, which can be busy, but is a central location.
