The picture had kids stickers on it and the new linoleum floor had a little bit dust on it. All first floor rooms open directly to the parking lot - we could hear people getting out of their cars.

We received a free upgrade to a newly renovated room. We loved the extra large modern shower and the daylight bathroom. Excellent natural lighting throughout the room. The staff was super friendly and lended us a hair dryer upon request. While using the hair dryer the electric circuit breaker was tripped. The staff was understanding and no extra charges were applied. The staff recommended several options for dinner - we loved the Mexican restaurant they recommended.

The beds and bedding are cheap but you get what you pay for. The price was right!

The lady at reception was very nice and friendly. Very spacious accommodation with separate bedroom, kitchen (fridge, microwave, table and chairs), bathroom. Nice shared terrace. Great location, walking distance to boardwalk.

The bathroom sink clogged up. The tv remote was sticky. There was a random chair by the kitchen like area was dirty.

Great location, walking distance to the boardwalk and downtown. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The manager helped bring our stuff down with a smile. Rooms were large and we got a free upgrade. Lots of good channels on the tv. Good value for your money. Would stay here again.

I could not find fault with it.

The manager was very friendly and helpful. He came to inspect the window screen and blinds which were faulty and assured our safety and that he was on hand 24/7 should we have any concerns. The room was recently refurbished and very clean. Excellent location within 15 minute walk to the beach.

The toilet didn't flush, there was no outlet by the bed, there were no hangers in the closet, and there was no soap in the bathroom except one packet of shampoo.

The bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly, the room was quiet at night (set back from the street), the small kitchenette was spacious, and the heater worked well.

We are both in our mid 70's and suffering from (hopefully temporary) knee issues. A handicap room or even a downstairs room would have been very helpful. The Motel seemed to have plenty of vacancies, but they wanted a significant upgrade in price for a downstairs room.

Good location, quiet. Travel plans changed at the last minute, had to take our Blue Heeler cattle dog with us, and this is NOT a pet friendly motel. The manager approved allowing the dog in the Van, as long as it did not come on the premises, which was very helpful. There is a green belt/bike, hiking trail across the street which was perfect for walking the dog off property.

Excellent kitchenette with faucet/large sink and countertop. Room #101 is small and cozy, with hard floor. It is tucked away in the back of the property with no neighbors' doors adjacent, which made it less exposed to noise. Towels and toiletries are well provided. Daily housekeeping offered. This was my third booking here, and I thoroughly enjoyed every one.

Like most motels I've experienced lately, the shower lacks optimum pressure.

Room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was adequate. The kitchen was exceptional for a budget motel, in that it was separate from the the room with its own door, very large, with a table, chair, plenty of counter space, kitchen sink, microwave, and a mini refrigerator large enough to accommodate ten days worth of food; see the photos. And the man at check-in was very courteous.

Older hotel with removated rooms. Small but comfortable bedroom with a separate room with a table, 2 chairs, a big refrigerator, a microwave, and a sink. Nice big, well lit parking lot. Good location. Very friendly staff. Great value
