The awful smell upon entering the room. No mini fridge and no iron. The building was really rundown.

The bathroom was clean and modern. Towels clean. Internet strong.

The photos uploaded were misleading and didn’t match the photos on Booking. The property has several open doors and breeze ways that lead from 1 side to another. With an abandoned structure beside it that looked like it’s off a horror movie. The rooms don’t match the photos. The outside was unappealing with chipping paint and trash spreaded out on the property. And the owner/manager had a very bad attitude. Because I wanted to cancel and explained to him and pointed why. There is no real parking space for anything larger then a compact or midsize car. And signs posted about towing if you use the parking lot of the coffee shop 6 feet away.

This was the worst place I have ever seen, there was mode everywhere. We didn’t stay there, money was completely wasted. This motel should never be listed to sell. Horrible was my experience with this place. I wouldn’t recommend this motel ever, very disappointed

Unsafe neighborhood. Says they are a Budget Inn. But it is not the chain. We would not even get out of the car. Do not book this place DISGUSTING

Coffee in the room. It seems small, but to wake up to a fresh cup of coffee helps the start of a day filled with travel. In room coffee is the only thing I can think of to improve the stay at the Budget Inn.

The location is not in the center of the most happening area of town. However, this provides a quiet, comfortable, pleasant stay.

The place looks like a permanent live in motel. Only half the buildings are being used. Not exactly the best part of town. Very run down area. No Wi-Fi

The outside of building looks like drug addicts stay there. The day of check-in I received an email from the hotel stating there would be a $50.00 damage deposit. When I arrived I was told the deposit would be $75.00 and that the email was incorrect (even though the hotel sent it), The checkout day around 5pm the hotel called saying they were keeping the deposit because the bed was wet. I asked them to send me a photo and they started screaming they were keeping the deposit. I never received a photo and when I left there was nothing wrong with the bed. This place is a rip off and I should have looked at the reviews. Photos of the walkway out the room door.

Location was nice not much traffic at night.The room was very clean completely remodeled,talked to the owner he is doing a full on remodel of the entire property he ask my input and gave him some suggestions.Definitely would book there again.Owner takes pride in an effort to keep his guest happy.

It was dirty. Toilet did not flush and towels are not included not a single one, microwave with roaches and the blankets had a stain . Ac not working well.
