Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nothing, good value and nice people.
It's an inexpensive hotel but always comfortable and clean with restaurants close by. I always stay there on my way through Idaho.

They said they didn’t get our reservation through booking.com. Kinda strange since we got a confirmation.
It was clean, had truck parking, right off the interstate.

I did see a couple old French fries behind one of the nightstands but eh, who cares, sometimes you miss stuff when cleaning. I think the only thing that was slightly annoying was that the bathroom outlets were super loose so anything you plug in there was pretty sensitive to stay plugged in but I was able to make it work. All in all really no complaints.
Everything was just fine. The heat was on when I first came in which was LOVELY because it was very cold and windy outside. I was able to easily request a ground floor room and could park my car right at my door so loading and unloading was a breeze. I didn’t get a chance to shower so I cannot speak to that; the overall stay was just fine. Nothing fancy, nothing horrible, and in my price range so it was all I needed!

The bathroom was very tight. Felt like I was in a small box. Had to walk into the room ( almost climb into the bathtuB), turn around in order to close the door to use the toilet.
The room was very clean and quiet.

Rooms are old, outdated, and degraded. Hot & Cold faucets are reversed in most showers. Drywall is molding and deformed around showers. Often missing items such as ice-buckets & liners, irons. NEED lamps with aux 110v outlets. Nobody can reach that far behind the TV to plug-in their laptop. Get some lamps with aux 110v and USB connectors!!

On the checkin, I had the impression the lady was a bit bored.
Basically the hotel is fine. You get what you pay for and that is ok. I got assitance when I called the front desk, so it was ok. There is breakfast, but it is rather basic.

Being on the second floor. I guess there are pros and cons, like not hearing people move around above you but my husband and I are in our 70s and have our bags and food to carry so it just makes it a bit more challenging ... especially when we forget stuff. '-)
The receptionist was so lovely, Brady was her name I believe. Wow, if every hotel/motel could have someone like that, it makes travel so much better. Breakfast exceeded expectations as well.

The breakfast wasn’t great. I would like to have more choices of protein, but something is better than nothing. The main reason we went to a different hotel the next time we visited was because there was no elevator for the second floor. I am older and didn’t want to drag my suitcase up some outside stairs in the rain.
It was clean and comfortable and the staff was very accommodating and pleasant.

I dont ever like having to pay for the whole day even though things can be prorated but its okay, theres no complaints about the area, stay and the room
We only stayed here for a couple of hours. We just needed a place to shower, and sleep from a long drive. We were surprised about the free breakfast which was nice! It was more than good enough for us staying there less than 6 hours

Easy access with close proximity to highway. Gas and food close by. Clean and comfortable room for an excellent price. Enjoyed basic breakfast and good coffee. Pet friendly with great area to walk them around. Friendly staff at front desk. All in all, it’s the best deal around.
