You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaIt's more noise than I had anticipated but not from the highway as I thought it would be but from other guests and people in the parking lot all hours of the night. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Vending machines would have been nice but it is a great location with a convenience store on one side and Dairy Queen on the other I visited both tonight LOL
They linoleum flooring could definitely use a good cleaning but other than that we had no problems. The beds were clean the room was clean the bathroom was clean.

United States of AmericaSome bugs in the bathroom. Towels appeared clean but had stains in them. Hairs left in the bathroom shower/tub combination. Appears have done some remodeling and mattresses leaned against the building by several rooms.
Staff placed me close to the office: I was traveling alone and was appreciative.

Well they didn't give me a fitted sheet and the mattress cover had I'm not joking like 100 cigarettes burns in it. I slept on it instead of letting my son. But when we left he said he personally gave everything to the maid but I kept telling him there was no fitted sheet in it. And made me pay 10 dollars for a fitted sheet I never got. I've paid a hotel for a sheet before I don't mind if I mess it up... But I never got it. I ask for towels the second day and they gave me two floor mats instead. I love it there bc there is no junkies it quite clean and peaceful. But they need to realize when a kid comes and stays you don't need to charge a nine year old as a adult. It said online 64 to 67 I leave paying 90 a night 😒 I didn't have that kind of money. And I told him my friend was only staying one night but charged me more for him everyday I stayed so wrong. But other then that this is the only hotel I will stay at that I can afford. Remind you I didn't see NO JUNKIES IT WAS AWESOME 👍😎

United States of AmericaBath exhaust fan didn't work. Bathroom door hard to operate. Cigarette burns on the sheets, which appeared to be clean. Ripped, faded curtains. .....Room hasn't been updated since the 70s.
It was a nice, low price. Close to the interstate.
