Breakfast is a bit basic and over crowded

Family room is large and comfortable, location is good only 10 minutes from Disney parks and 20 minutes from Orlando Airport. The Pizza shop inside the hotel was a great option for dining after a exhausting day at Disney parks

Immaculate. The cleanest hotel and buffet breakfast I’ve ever stayed at The grounds and pool area made me feel that I was in Hawaii. The front desk made me feel like a guest in their home every time. I would highly recommend The Buena Vista Suites to every person I know. Thanks sooo much for making my vacation memorable.

The breakfast was plentiful but the same every day. The potatoes were very spicy so I just had eggs. The Caribe next door had the loudest party I’ve ever heard and no one wanted to stop it. They kept saying it was a private party. It took too many phone calls to quiet it down. The placement of the door separating the rooms blocks the air flow from the ac register making the room stuffy.

Parking was easy and there was plenty. It was nicely decorated and spacious. There were plenty of areas to sit. It had a small grocery shop but it could use more variety. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

One elevator was non-functional for multiple days which caused delays. Shuttle service to parks could be more frequent Marketplace area on main floor would be better with a human cashier and more choices.

Staff was very pleasant especially in the breakfast area. Cleanliness was taken care of promptly. Amazing location, we used the stores in the plaza across the road quite a bit. Shuttle drivers were very polite.

We were on a relaxation trip and just wanted quite time, but didn't realize how close the hotel was to Disney. That night the hotel had a lot of children in the pool and hot tub. And the room above us had little ones running and stomping past 12 am.

We enjoyed the room very much. Loved having the suite. The food was delicious, and the hot tub was clean and relaxing. Would have loved to stay a few more nights.

I just have a complain about the waste , my expectation from this hotel is don’t use the paper plates for the breakfast and plastic fork and spoon , I hope they using sustainable materials to keep the world out of more waste.

The hot breakfast buffet was a little lacking in options albeit hot and tasty, but I was really disappointed to see everything was served on disposable utensils; the plates, coffee cups, cutlery in both the rooms and main breakfast area, everything was single use - it felt very wasteful and a little cheap.

Really clean, spacious and comfortable room. Great pool area with free towel use. The staff were really friendly, and allowed us to check in slightly early which was brilliant.

Absolutely nothing.

Our room was midway down the hall. We had 2 queen size beds in our room, one bathroom with a toilet and a tub with a shower.Plenty of towels!! Elemis bath products!!! The sink was outside. Then a sitting room with a sectional sofa with a fridge and microwave by the door leading to the hallway. Very clean!!! Housekeeping was excellent!!! Breakfast buffet every morning was fabulous!!! Can't wait to stay here again!!!

We don’t know that the shuttle take 3 Hotel together and in the wet back from Disney it’s take 1 hour back to the hotel after long long day

She hotel is very close for the all thins that we can do in Orlando The breakfast was good and the room is nice
