We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

There was a strong perfume scent in the main lobby all the time. I had to cover my nose and mouth going through everyday. No plant based milk option out at breakfast. (However, i Didn't ask the staff if there was one, so there might have been in the kitchen)
Breakfast was great each morning. Staff was super friendly. Kids loved the pool. Room was clean everyday.

The location was great close to everything. The staff was very polite with great customer service skills. The breakfast was also good. This was my 2nd time staying at this location. I will definitely come back AGAIN. Everyone enjoyed themselves.

Breakfast was average due to limited selection however good value for money
We found the best part of the stay was the location and the shared swimming pool with the neighbouring hotel (which is much bigger and baby friendly). The room was spacious and met the needs of a small family.

I liked all, but maybe more choices for breakfast ;)
Stuff gentle and very nice! The hotel is only 10 min by car from Disney parks, and 5 min by car to Walmart, Target, Ross, Marshalls,… Room is very good, big, clean and is nice to have a living room separated from the bedroom when you travel with kids.

It wasn't that we didn't like it, but the breakfast could use some additions. It felt limited, although what was given was okay. As being from the south, we would've also liked to see grits as an option. As well as homemade pancakes. Because the automated processed ones were nasty.
I loved how attentive and kind all of the staff were. Also, the location was amazing. It wasn't a far drive from any of the attractions or stores we wanted to go to. My family and I also loved that although there was a large quantity of people staying there. It was so peaceful with no disruptions.

The breakfast was serviceable. It's not bad, but it has very few hot choices. It gets repetitive if you are staying for a long time. No omelet stations or bacon like you get at Embassy. No non-pork meat options.
Great location if you are doing anything disney related. My wife described this as a more upscale version of Embassy Suites. I would agree with that sentiment. The deluxe queen suite was plenty of space and could comfortably sleep 6 or 7. They clean your room and refresh your towels daily.

Every aspect if our stay was excellent. The rooms were clean and the staff checked every afternoon to see if we needed anything. The pool and all facilities were clean. And above all the staff was great.
