Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe pools, hot tubs , pool table were all in separate buildings. The two rooms were lofts so the lower room could be viewed by the upper room. Not as private as I expected.
nice family sized condo

United States of AmericaThere was a loft with a bed and there was no fan and no air conditioning and it was really hot up there at night.
The location was excellent and easy access to restaurants, hiking, etc

United States of AmericaEverything I just wrote above.
There was no breakfast. To many steps. To far up the mountain. I used to live on wilderness road. There was absolutely no view from deck. But over all we had a good time. Really dirty behind bedside desk closest to the window in master bedroom.

United States of AmericaThe condo was a distance off of the parking lot and we were only allowed one car. We had to climb 3 flights of stairs outside and there were plenty more stairs once you got inside. I would NOT recommend this place for families with elders, children or anyone that has difficulty with mobility. Making multiple trips with luggage and ski equipment in the snow, ice and stairs was not a pleasant way to start or end our weekend. The TV in the master did not work. You have to DRIVE to the pool and facilities, and they were dirty. Most frustrating is that the ad was NOT transparent to notify you of this before you arrived. For $750 for two nights, we expected much more.
The condo was really clean and the loft area with 4 beds was very spacious. There was a keypad lock which was nice.

United States of AmericaWay too many steps down, then back up inside the condo, which took multiple trips back & forth, up and down, from a long distance away in the lot. Parking area is far away, and is not visible from the condo. The advertisement on Booking.com billed it as a house, which we would have expected to have more than adequate parking, while it is actually a condo, and only 1 vehicle is allowed; need to dig deep into the numerous rules & regs that come after booking to figure that out! We had reserved the unit for 5 adults and 1 child for a birthday weekend trip with off-roading planned. It would have been difficult at best to get there in only1 vehicle, so we had to leave 1/2 of our family home as our 2nd vehicle w/trailer with OHVs was discouraged and wouldn't fit in the lot, and not worth having stolen from another lot. The condo was only used by 3 family members as a result. Downstairs kitchen and living room had old finishes and felt dirty, though it probably wasn't. TV worked in that location, but the conditions were undesirable to sit in. Microwave was dirty, and old condiments from prior guests were in the refrigerator. Shower drain upstairs was clogged, and kitchen sink drain smelled. Upstairs TV had no service, and DVD player was not connected to TV, so it wss impossible to watch anything for basic entertainment while in the nicer upstairs area. WiFi strength was very poor, couldn't send simple photos while on it. The basic number controls for the Microwave didn't work. Bedding materials seemed quite old, and pillows were stained, though pillowcases were in place to help hide that detail. Not sure what the added fee for cleaning was for, as you have to take your own trash out, and basic cleaning items noted above were deficient. Location is remote from the town center, and the condo location, down in the pit, and distant parking, made it much more difficult to easily venture down to the city to eat.
Electronic access code was nice. Small deck off the back, with access to a walking path, with native flowers amongst the vegitation. Upstairs seemed renovated, and upper bedrooms were nice.
