There were small roaches in the room with bait traps under the beds. Very loud ac.Tv volume was on as loud as it could go and still couldn't hear it. It was terrible.

The floor seemed to be mopped with ultra dirty water. I was woken up very early by the sound of something being pushed on rollers. I would have prefered a warmer colored light in the lamps rather than the harsh white.

I ate egg 'pucks' with sausage gravy. Skipped the biscuit. I also has waffles with jelly and syrup. Other vegan options were available. I really liked how shampoo and conditioner was provided.

Needs major updating. Only 1 blanket on bed and room was cold. Can’t sleep with a heater. Minor repairs could make such a difference in over all opinion.

We have stayed at other Day's Inn's. We were pretty shocked at the rundown dirtiness on and around the door, sidewalk area. Laundry carts right in front of the rooms by us. The tub had missing porcelain areas, and dings. The bathroom door was dirty. I had to wipe it off. The worse part was the top sheets on the beds. I thought they had stains however it was from worn out areas from washing, almost holes actually. The top sheets were gray and dingy looking. They are trying to save money apparently by using sheets way beyond the life of the sheets. Overall, we decided to stay the night despite all this but it wasn't up to cleanliness standards at all. Also the microwave was unplugged and we had to deal with that, finding the wall socket. More attention needs to be given to cleanliness and hotel renovations.

The beds were very comfortable. The shower worked great. Price was good.

This was our second time here it was clean and functional. We like the location and price.

For me this was a last minute decision to change towns to stay for the night and probably it wasn't the best. Iit seems this is a 'party stop' for some guests and the rooms are all together, so even if next room there was a 'normal' conversation, I could hear it all and it gave me a little vibe of not being totally safe. People were arriving late and shouting like it was normal. The pool was outdoors and it was a chilly night, so not a chance for me to use it.

The staff at the reception was nice and also at the kitchen, since they did a warm snack especially for me in the morning. The room was pretty large

The curtains in the room didn't completely overlap for complete covering of the window. The pool and spa need repainting as they have badly peeled and are unattractive. The water looked clean, though.

The location was convenient, the price reasonable, and it was relatively quiet. I had a bad encounter with a guest who came out of his room and yelled at me when I did nothing wrong. I reported the incident to the staff person on duty.

Heat/AC was noisy. The bathroom tub had rusty chip areas at the drain, no stopper, and as seen from in the tub, the under rim of toilet bowl was filthy.

We enjoy having a sofa in the room and a fridge. The breakfast is a bonus.

The room was dirty, rundown and overall tired. There were nearly threadbare king size sheets on the queen size bed and only two pillows. The water in the tub/shower ran continuously. Sadly we'll be looking for different accommodations the next time we're in town.

The hotel is pretty dated. Cleanliness was just okay.

We were attending a concert in Laughlin. The location of the hotel was good for this reason. We had no trouble getting to Laughlin via Uber but had to call a cab to return.

The room was big and spacey. It is a good place to stay if you are going South or Southwest from Las Vegas. 5 minutes to the Colorado River and with a night view to the other side and to Laughlin. The breakfast was also okay, American style.
