Beds were lumpy. Breakfast offerings were limited but plenty of space to sit. No coffee in the room, no plug for the sink.

Biggest issue was the room was not clean or in good repair. It was difficult to get a hold of them when we got to the airport in order to get a ride to the hotel.

Nice place to stay if you are flying out from ATL. Nice rooms, the pool looked nice as well. Quite a few restaurants relatively close by. The lady at check-in was very friendly and helpful.

Restricted access to the swimming pool. A charge was held in my card as a deposit for a full month abs the hotel would not resound when I contacted them to have it removed.

Room could use a good deep clean dusting and wiping off phones and coffee maker.

Pool and hot tube was fun for my daughter! Like having 2 tvs and 2 rooms. Breakfast was hot and decent. Staff ladies were very nice!

The location is a bit industrial and run down, hence the security guard outside of the parking lot. (Great add-on for safety though)

It's very close to the airport and there is an amazing southern restaurant a few blocks away. (not walkable at night due to the area) I was traveling for work and had an early flight the next day and this was a great fit. Friendly staff, on-location security, and plenty of free parking in the lot on site.

Parking was limited. If you leave and go out for food or recreation parking is limited when you return late night on weekends.

The facility can use some upgrading. Even though my room was nice, you can tell most of the future has not been upgraded for some time. Also some of the wall sockets did not work properly.

The staff was always helpful and nice. My room was surprisingly larger than I expected. Love the glass doors in the showers and huge mirror with the different light settings. The breakfast and pool were good as well.

The shuttle was supposed to start at 4:30 am, but the driver was a no show and was apparently missing for a couple of days. The front desk attendant was helpful and called another hotel to get us a shuttle to the airport very quickly.

Nice airport hotel, clean room, a bit older but nice indoor pool. Continental breakfast and nice service.

A lot of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. We had to search for one to use when we needed to charge our phones.

The staff was nice and answered all our questions.. The room was clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was also good and had many choices. We were also glad that there was a shuttle available there to take us to the airport.

I just wish that they would start breakfast a little bit  or simply put out a bit of fruit. So many of us have very early morning planes to catch.  they also need to let people know that they need to call for the shuttle.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. It has now become my favorite Atlanta Airport hotel. The staff is simply excellent, and the room is more than adequate. It has a great location close to restaurants.  Great shuttle service once you know how to work it.

Decent stay old out dated hotel needs extreme renovations : our a/c was leaking . The interior very outdated the wallpaper was peeling . but the server who attends the cafe was rude she made all guest uncomfortable to ask her questions I stayed for 5 days with my family I witnessed her disrespect each day . If she’s overwhelmed working alone they should hire another worker to help or replace her in total

 It’s not always clear that you have to call the shuttle, not posted on Booking.com and I have heard of this complaint.

It is very comfortable and most rooms have refrigerators and microwaves. There are also a lot of restaurants within walking distance, which is important to me. Rooms are clean and the place as client quiet. The best hotel for airport with a shuttle. Love that it has a swimming pool.
