Wish it had a breakfast included. Also, the room was priced almost 2x what it would have been were it anywhere else but at the edge of the park.

The coffee maker in one of the rooms didn't work, and the gravy at breakfast was very bland. Since there were plenty of other coffee options at breakfast and plenty of seasonings other than gravy, I was happy enough by the time I left.

It was a little hard to find the location in the dark, but it was very convenient to get anywhere we needed to the next day. Everything was clean, the staff were helpful and pleasant, and the atrium was a great place to relax and talk.

We requested a ground floor room with a hit tub close because of or disabilities. The biscuits & gravy was really good but biscuit was hard Great coffee

It could use a little more variety on the food and the kitchen staff could be much nicer

The breakfast was good how ever it could use a little bit of change up on the food every other day like French toast could be added and the kitchen staff could be a lot nicer to the customers instead of snapping at us just because someone ask about if there was going to more food brought out and then snapped at because they had to do their job

Beds was a little soft and lacked support.

Breakfast was very good - automated waffle machine (awesome!!) Pool and spa access was convenient. Room neat, clean and comfortable. Very comfortable.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and comfortable and larger than most. The indoor court yard is pretty cool and whould be a great attraction for kids. We didn't use any of the available hot tubs, but all were open and available. The hot breakfast was nice and quite tasty. Enjoyed are stay here and would stay again. The hotel is easy access from the freeway and close to a lot of restaurants.

Desk clerk during check in - not very pleasant, appearance was troublesome, gave very little info, never seemed to be available at the desk to ask questions.

the loud fans running in the hallway all the time. I understand they needed to be running but it would have been nice to be at least told about them at check in and offered a different room. The desk clerk’s response was rude and dismissive. She stated there was water damage and they had to be on. Then walked away. Also the hot tub jets were broken or turned off.

Room was clean and most of the staff was nice. Breakfast was hot and the area was kept clean.

There is always room for improvement . That they didn’t have an I house restaurant but I could understand that they are surrounded by great eating places .

Pillows could have been a bit more comfortable. Card keys were a bit finicky, had to get one replaced as we were locked out. There is a strong smell of chlorine from all the hot tubs around and did seem to cause my sinuses to be a little stuffy.

Great location, good breakfast, enjoyed hot tubs. Staff was friendly. Would return.
